The G.I boys started shit today, looked like they had 9 men on the field. Poor defense all over the field, couldn't string a pass together for 30 minutes, the second half was much better.
You can chat up the horse all you want, but come next week the boys will be up for it. Learning curves mate, young team on a roll, good to bring them back down to earth.
Green Island will get up for next week, huge opportunity to extend the lead they have at the moment, I hope they can push on.

NatPevin what planet are you on? Northern actually played half decent and scored some pretty good goals working well as a team which GI certainly did not. So maybe give them some credit. How much of this GI chat is actually coming from GI players? From what I've heard most of the GI chat on here comes from Roslyn and Mosgiel players pretending to be GI players and fans. By the way, Roslyn lost to a bloody woeful Tech team earlier this season. I support the same team as you mate, but to be honest I wish the club and its players would do far less talking and instead focus on just winning football games.....Melchester does not count.

Good call Ellis. I'm sorry. I actually hear Northern are a different side under MD and good on them - full credit for the win etc. But I do disagree with you a little. I'm A RW fan mate, from way back - and sticking 13 in against Musselburgh Primary School still counts in my book.
