My sources tell me my mate had another woeful performance today, $450 to give the ball away or just kick it out

As stated earlier mid table finish for GI on the cards. Giddy up.

Title deciders coming up this weekend?

Or could Roslyn get up in the last two weekends of the season with wins against both DT and Cavy to take the title.

Maybe a DT v Cavy draw would set up the run home for a 1 from 3 team final weekend.

Where have all the GI and Mosgiel trolls gone? Bit quiet further down the table.

Picking Cavy to smash Tech 5 nil and Roslyn to just pip Uni, the rest who cares

Based on the cup game, you would have to fancy Cavvy for this one, a couple of draws would make things interesting though

We'll be back on the horse tomorrow with a BIG win over Grants Braes. We miss Joel as everyone in the league would miss their best player. Cavvy v Tech 2-2, Roslyn v Uni 1-1, QT v OBs 3-2, Scum v Northern 4-5.

We'll all be dancing come Saturday night celebrating the fact that Mosgiel will be in the drop zone!!!

Yep got it wrong last weekend, well done Tech, but what happened to Roslyn!!!!! Could only manage a draw with the Uni kids.

Good luck to Luiz on his appointment for the summer league gig, wish him all the best and we all should get behind him and support the boys, even if you don't have players from your club involved

All the best to Luiz.

I agree we should all get behind him, the team and the club.

Definitely wouldnt have been my choice will be interesting to see how they go.  And lets just say its a 2 horse race Tech v Roslyn with the former having a tougher run in you'd have to back Tech.

This has been a crazy season, University probably have too much to do but any of the other top 5 could walk away with it

Good to See the lead changing so often, this year could go right down to the wire!

My money is still on Caversham, a club that just knows how to win trophies.

Braes and Queenstown will go down, definitely the two worst teams to play from what I have seen. Apparently Gardener isn't playing for Old Boys anymore, so they will have to fight hard aswell. Haven't got a point since they beat mosgiel about 8 weeks ago.

Tech have the bottom five teams to play plus what could be the big game on the 24/8 v Roslyn.
Tech just need to keep up the good form amd win.

Got to agree that Tech has the best run in to win the league. I'll put the marker down now that Roslyn will lose to GI this weekend and will finish up 3rd!!!!

Definitely would have had the GI coach at Otago/Southern United having said that think Roslyn will win by at least 2 this weekend.

And what do you base your comments on, results, accent, critiscm of referees..

Just because he has an accent doesnt mean he is the right person for the job.

Base it on the fact of his results playing the kind of football he is trying to play with the players hes got has done very well. Wouldnt think anyone could argue that point I know otago rooster is a fan

Or just base it on the obvious "qualifications", this appointment just shows how much of a bloody circus footballsouth is, I'm guttered Craig didn't get the job so what he has given the refs a bit of stick doesn't every coach ? He's just been singled out coz he's the new kid on the block. This is a big big loss I believe and unfortunately we are in for another depressing miserable season bcoz what the hell is luiz gana be able to do?!? He will not be able to cope with the pressure and I'm tipping them to not win a single game . What a game gi - uni is gana be next week I'm sure Craig will get his troops up for that one ! Point to prove.... Anyway I'm done here and just emphasizing again footballsouth is just code name for cherry farm pack of absolute skids.

Show you off......

GI were performing last season, another year under their belt they were hoping to move and challenge the established three. So far they have flattered to deceive. They play nice football and move the ball well but it doesnt equate to putting the ball in the net.

Player for player they probably lack a couple to really push the top three.
