You pick them up from RYOS, and you should have got an email, but I'm not sure if the latest one has been sent.

You need to register first at http://www.yellowfever.co.nz/fevercard.asp
You should receive an email confirmation, and then an email once it has been printed saying it is ready to be collected from RYOS (or posted to out of towners)
