I can't remember or think of a specific tune but it has an ebb and flow, chanted slowly with pauses between each syllable: (duh duh duh, duh duh duh, duh duh duh duh duh!

It sounds more like half of a bad limerick than a chant. Without a tune/melody its really hard to make it catch on.
