Thought I'd pull this one out, as I think it has great potential to the causal fan involved.

based on the Everton chant

Does the We're make it a bit of a mouthful?

Will put it here and Mods can move.  Tem minutes clamping is a must to continue. 

Rammtallica suggestion with 'the' improves the timing IMHO. I prefer Allez but more than happy to belt 10 mins of this out between minute 20 & 30 ;-)

Or:

We are Phoenix FC

Think using 'the' works better. For some reason I naturally use the in there. Perhaps because we call them 'the Phoenix' rather than just 'Phoenix'

Is it better to have 'the Phoenix FC' and drop the "we're"? Everton is 3 syllables. The Phoenix is 3.

I could be wrong, so interested in other's views. 

For me, I find it easy to elongate the C than try ram another work before then.

With the Everton chant they keep the we're in - so it is really 4 syllables.

In saying that, the word Everton runs together easier than 'the Phoenix'.

This has to be a keeper after today. Was a great new chant.

I endorse this heartily it went really well in the Fever pre-season session today. Top marks Fale!

Good stuff. In the Greatest Hits Post, I reckon it's worth putting a link saying "based on the Everton chant" to give people who read it and don't know how it goes a pointer.
