First time I've ever had to sit at home and watch a home game on the telly. YF was great we are so far ahead of other crowds it's silly. Well done lads.

For us fans who dont live in Wgtn to hear someone say "Chickened out coz of the cold...."  really gets under my skin.  You should be their come rain hail or snow.  Ive travelled internationally to watch the Nix on more than one occassion and driven for hours when they play in QLD.

I went, with sick girlfriend. Ha! Rain or shine.

I am surprised about the crowd number though, really looked - and sounded more than what the figure said.

Nice burst of "Same old Aussies, always cheating" when van Dijk (a Dutchman) fouled someone.

I've raised that with people of significant 'ilk' in the chanting department before...but, I think they get caught in the moment and clamber for the nearest piece of abuse in their collective minds.

Kind of like "the best Dodd in the league", huh

Crowd was only 6543, Nix should start advertising for home games now that the rugby's over.

Good call, lets not forget how many of our boys come from the other side of the big pond.

YF was great today i honestly thaught we were going to fall short of numbers to make any decent noise, however the noise came out and the party lasted the full 90 great stuff guys

That was the best bit of fun! Brilliant chant that sounded awesome. I'd vote it for "Chant of the Season"

(I just wanted to see lots of quotes together)

Wonder if the best Dodd - whichever one - could play left midfield for us...

Anyone else remember that guy that took out "Wellingtonian of the Year" or something like that?

Good on ya YF, made me feel sick having to watch a home game on TV for the first time but the noise was fantastic.
You know we belong together...

Don't worry, next game I'll be wearing a cap again.

It won't be backwards/sideways though

OK, first time I've heard it tbh, even though I sit in the zone every game.

I'm sure it'll become a regular now though.

Yep there was plenty of noise from the Fever section, the cowd was primed fora great showing from the Nix, hence the huge frustration when it was going wrong.
ref O'Leary proved an admirable scapegoat!
It was fun being part of it again, but I can't wait for a home win

Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet
