not long now, I think we need to agree 100% on a set place for absolutely everyone to go. We can't have what is potentially the biggest away trip yet and not make ourselves known.

OFFICIAL MEET UP POINT: FOX & LION (see Wonkey's post above for map - it is close to stadium)
MEET TIME: From whenever you want to start drinking (game KO at 8pm)
LEAVE FOR STADIUM: At about 7.20/7.30pm
TICKETS: See previous posts in thread for info
PREDICTICED SCORE: 2-0 Nix
LIKELY SCORE: 2-0 Nix

And remember what goes on tour, stays on tour!

Oh and its voting day on Saturday 8th so those of you planning on voting best get it done this weekend instead

Hope the Nix thought of this, they're long gone by now.

Think the outcome of the Sydney game will effect the result of the election, like the whole rugby world cup thing?

I predict...
Nix win - Key
Draw - Clark
Sydney win - Dunne/Fitzsimmons coalition

Superb plan, I will be tottering over from work hopefully about 6. Will be on my own but we're all a big family eh (An angry disjointed family if we don't equalise against this Glory scum)

This may have a hint of desperation, but after the distinctly ho-hum/oh-dear/aaaahhhh performance at Perth, the lads just have to be completely fired up.

This is round 11 - exactly in the middle of the season.  Now is the time to stand up before it is too late.  I've got the whole family and a few ex-pats from Sydney going on for this one.

See you all at the Fox & Lion.  It's going to be HUGE!

Yeh should be a good game. Sydney playing off the back of a giving up a 3-0 lead against CCM, the phoenix off the loss at Glory. I think both sides are going to be desperate. Just hope the nix want it more and play like they want it more.

Heading to F&L probably for about 4-5pm so see you all there.

Superb outing, great spirit amongst the boys, especially taking me in considering I came alone

Will deffo be looking into strong-arming some mates into doing the trip to Aussie again at some stage.

P.S My saturday was ruined, if you guys can face it, I'll try get some of my graining cellphone pics and vids up

Truly unforgettable experience - if only I could remember it!

Great putting faces to forum names.  Thanks for the round of 'happy birthday' in the bar afterwards;  the jaegerbombs, I didn't really need.

Still pinching myself that it happened.

Cosmo is definitely to blame.... you know it was big when you come back to work and find a DVD of the game sitting on your chair.

Awesome trip guys, had a blast. AND WHAT A RESULT!!!

yep, all my fault :) - carried on by others as well though.

In saying that, the whole Jagerbomb thing started between myself and Coxey during the Melbourne trip last year and it just seems to happen when we are at away games together......... :)

Im not a complete idiot, some parts are missing!

Does anyone else have bruises on the back of the calves, presumably from wacking them on the chairs at SFS when jumping around doing the above chant?

Or was it something that happened at the Captain Cook?

I know that nzcopley had bruised knees when I saw him at the airport on Saturday and I've a few tender areas as well.......  Feverette was a bit sore but I think that was from being thrown around by Fitz :)

Yeah, 2 big purple suckas on the back of each calf.

My apologies also for anyone that may have been kissed by me after the second goal. My wife has reminded me constantly since Friday that this happened. I was a little excited.

Great night aside from that. Looking forward to y'all coming back real soon.

Ha ha superb, I also have big purple bruises on my knees from the seats in front.

On the topic of Jaegerbombs, I had such a ridiculous amount of beer, I would have been totally finished had I touched any of those. I dont know how you guys were standing come the end of the game, let alone the night

And you know youve had a good night when you need to piece it together with receipts (one from taxi back to town, one from subway)

too bad I didnt find the 6-inch I bought at Liverpool Street (!?) at 23;45 until 2 days later in the depths of my room

Too F*cking right! backs of both my calfs are now a dark purple!! Knees are green, left hand bruised, still feel hungover - sure i got alcohol poisioning.

But you know what - well worth it!

BTW has anyone got a copy of game i can borrow. I can't seem to remember much of game TBH. Except Coogee kissing me . Not to worry though i recall planting a couple on his wife

Can grab copy of game if anyone got it at BB before Newcastle game on 23rd.
