Gary Waddock has done brilliantly. He is a coach of the future and was given the sh*t to sort out at QPR in unfair circumstances. A hell of a nice guy. Yes, i have met him a few times and can say this. A genuinely nice guy.

It's a great story.  They've done it the hard way.  An example to all small clubs.
