Looking at the schedule, it doesn't look like there's a chance of
Sky showing it as a Liverpool match starts 45 minutes
beforehand.

Within our contractual obligations with our suppliers, we do not get to choose what games we receive. We are given a schedule from our suppliers including the games that they will send via our feed. If they change the team matches they will send us amendments so that we can update our schedules and inform our viewers. I have checked our current schedule including the amendments we have received so far and unfortunately this game is not listed.
Although we appreciate that there is a large fan base for these two teams, we can only take the coverage that has been supplied to us. However we do hope that you enjoy the rest of the English Premier games that we are able to bring to our viewers.

What a fob off. A mate of mine complained last year when they
scheduled some b.s game ahead of the Merseyside Derby around
December.
From memory, the excuse given at the time was the the person
in charge of the football scheduling didn't really know much about
it and didn't really care.
Did manage to get them to air the game, but it was delayed
coverage. Still better than nothing though...
Keep up the complaints and maybe you'll get something.

And its not just a once off occurence either. As I just wrote in
the other thread, Arsenal games haven't been shown a great deal at

I knew theyd say somehting like that. Utter bullsh*t. They can
choose whatever games they want sky in britain put all games up on
tv most are just ppv and you choose which one you want to watch by
the push of a button!! They're just lazy and ignorant and want your
money if there was any competition theyd be sunk.

Great game, yeah i watched the first half on sopcast, (except the
first 10 minutes, they didn't start coverage until the man u game
finished) the coverage died in the second, but came back up in time
for me to see that extra time goal. Being top of the table will be
a huge confidence boost for the team.
