Best emerging young stiker(s) this season?

Ashley Young in my opinion...What a great season, great cross, great speed, and a great free kick. Superb winger...sad to say but it's gunna be hard for Villa to hold onto him over the summer and if we dont lose him we're bound to lose Gabby Agbonglahor (also another contender) or Barry... I wouldn't know who to choose!!

Nicklas Bendtner and Ashley Young, the other two mentioned in this thread don't really compare statistically-speaking.

statisically speaking, James Vaughan is the youngest player ever to score in the premiership

new arsenal signing Aaron Ramsey will be one to look out for, and Theo Walcott will be amongst the goals next season.

see thats not such a good stat
In his defence there,he got injured around about week 3 of the league in training  and didn't figure again all season

i'm not disputing the talents of Bendtner or Ashley Young they two are some of the best new young strikers i also think  giovani dos santos who just signed with spurs ,will also be a huge hit next season.

Didn't he sign for Utd?

I read 2 things saying he signed for Utd then saw 2 other articles saying he signed for us D: so confusing.

he signed for arsenal apparently, i'm a bit disapointed, he would have done well at OT, i can't understand why he didnt chose to play under his hero Giggs, even with Wenger's lavish courting, u would think a young welsh superstar in the making would want to be around someone like giggs everyday

I think he may relate better to a younger squad? that and he will probably see some first team action in the PL this season with arsenal knowing our luck with injury's

whoever he's signed for i thought he was most likely to be loaned back to Cardiff next season - if so he might not get many in the prem

Supposedly only Man Utd's offer included the option of being loaned back to Cardiff. It may still eventuate, but I think it is now highly unlikely.

And Man Utd have an equally young team, Rooney, Ronaldo, Nani, Anderson, Tevez and even Fletcher are all born in 1984 or after. And they have all played a major part in the team.

Dean Windass for Hull seems to be something special for one so young.
