Perhaps he should use some of his hot air on the Blackpool pitch this weekend?

From the Daily Mail on weekend preparations as their training grounds were frozen:

Actually, bacon sandwiches and poker at the casino sounds like fantastic preparation for the Utd
game.... it's the only way I'll be seeing the game....watched the Championship play off final
there, would have worked better if the Crusaders hadn't been on about the same time........

Anyone fancy a big upset and Uniteds first defeat of the season?

You knew they just needed one more in the second to have a chance. You can never discount United to start some form of a comeback...

never discount a large wealthy club in the Prem.  Neville on the WBA cat was worse than what Rafael escaped with today. But not by a lot really.

very hard done by.

Sky should honestly show more Backpool games delayed and live. They always provide the biggest upsets and high scoring games eg. against Perennial strugglers Liverpool, 2-3  Man  Utd and 5-3 Everton

Like to see Blackpool for old times sake (not that i'm that old!) but I would have thought they could be a candidate for relegation with the least number of points next season.

They don't look to have a squad that could survive. Given they'll have a few additions, but the players they get are unlikely to be world beaters

Wrote the above 13/5/10, ok off by some way...

And the 'least amount of point's'? try one of the highest.

Sad to see them go, entertaining and Hollaway is a quote-a-minute

If Blackpool had a decent defence or a decent striker, that game at Olfd Trafford could have seen them win it 7-5 on the easy chances for both sides.
