Doncaster Rovers got one over Leeds United - 1-0, and play in the championship or second tier for the first time since 1957. Thats three promotions in 5 years - an extremely impressive record.

Hull still the best team in Yorkshire (Middlesborough don't really count as Yorkshire)

One of my workmates supports Leeds. He's not happy :(

My Uncle is a Leeds fan and my Dad is a Hull fan. The sibiling rivalry continues and there both in their 50's.

Its no longer a problem.

No derby matches for at least 2 seasons me thinks! Still Leeds have Rotherham dont they??

Huddersfield in much closer, and in West Yorkshire. So that's the derby. Hull is a suburb of Moscow and they only play rugby league. (yes I know they got promotion, but that's an aberration). Doncaster and Rotherham are, as you know, in the South, somewhere near Shepherds Bush.
