At the beginning of the season top 4 was the aim. I would be disappointed if we didn't finish on 4th spot.
However as things currently sit with 12 games to go and still in the FA Cup, it is mathematically too early to call. BUT, barring a late season collapse (which hasn't been the case for the last couple of seasons) and a proliferation of lasagne shops around N17, 3rd place and the FA Cup are entirely achievable.
Only 5 losses to date (touch wood) - 2 of them to the blue Mancs, only one at home. Our form is so far very consistent. Yes, a lot of work to do and who knows how the 4-7th placed teams will fair? But after Man U tonight and the National Front Chavs at the Bridge, the remaining fixtures give optimism for a 3rd place finish.
Maybe if that happens I'll start thinking of Spurs as a "glamour club" (ARF!).
