Thoughts?...
Could be very interesting... MU have come back to the 'pack' after losing two of their key attackers and sources/creaters of goals... Chelsea are treading water - Zhirkov aside... Liverpull could be anything depending on Rafa's facial hair... Villa, Everton - showed potential last season but weren't able to maintain consistency - though Everton look stronger in having some fit forwards, including Jo... Us - similar, though we were better for longer hence managed to stay fourth, though the jury is out on our squad for the new season (though we do now posess - ok, arguably) the EPL's best player... and wtf of MSh!tty - can they perform as a team?... I think not and if they aren't in Top Three come the new year then Sparky will be goneburger...
Of the rest - can anyone push up and challenge for Euro places, and at who's expense?... LilyWhiteC*nts are looking average as per (sorry, couldn't resist) and good luck to PV4 if he goes there; Fulham look to be well managed and proved a very effective (if ugly) unit after christmas... are the rest just playing to avoid the drop?...
Anyway, my top six - in order (and I reserve the right to edit pending squad changes prior to the end of the window of course
) is:
1. Pull
2. Chelski
3. Gooners
4. MU Scum
5. The other half of L-Pull
6. Villa.
MSh!tty to finish around seventh/eighth - with another new boss lol. And if Le Prof doesn't get us in the top three at least, can see us with a new gaffer too.

Big Four
Everton
Citeh
Three for me, and two for them.

Yeah I think Villa will fall off pretty hard this year, relatively speaking. City and Everton will be there or thereabouts but the top four will remain and this season will be one of the most even on record at the top. Any of the top four could take it imo.

Depends if we (Liverpool) can keep Alonso and Masch. Surely the Mancs will struggle without Ronaldo and Tevez.

whoever signs Obafemi Martins will be top4
I hope Fulham go well. because I think there manger is a good old stick
done a great job
Arsenal cannot sack Wenger
he's done the most for one club I can think of.
be like a Scouser badmouthing Shankly
Arsenal have more principles than other clubs
we can't dismiss people who did great things.

Where did Chelsea come the first year after money bags went in there?

Abramovich bought them in June 2003 and they came second, they won it in the 04/05 season.

Chelsea were a reasonably competitive team before he took over - unlike sh*tty.

City have players for the top 4, but don't think they have the right manager. But could be thereabouts. If Liverpool hold on to Mascherano and Xabi Alsonso, they are favourites for the title.
Expect Villa to fall off, Everton should push for top 6 again, Spurs will probably round off the top 7.

And every year I wade in and have a go...
I think your top 6 is probably about right although not necessariliy in that order. As for who'll win, it's anyone's guess really. I don't think Arsenal will have enough quality and depth again, Chelsea are probably treading water, Liverpool always bottle it, Everton not good enough and Man City won't have enough team quality in my view. Too many individuals. As for Manure, i really don't think they can get up again this year and will miss the little Portugese t**ser heaps. This year it's who wants it the most I reckon.

Currently, I think
1.Chelsea
2. Man U
3. Liverpool
4.Arsenal
5.Everton
6. Citeh
Can't see us cracking the four this year unless we make a few decent signings, likewise Arsenal pushing top 3 unless they sign/squad stays fit. City will be interesting, not sure if all that money can make that much a difference. Top 3 is a toss up and I'd probably change my mind before the season starts.

3. Bin Divers
4. Toffee's
5. Villians
6. Essex Hillbillies
I'm picking the Gooners to finish well out of the picture, some people think Wengers a genius others an idiot, i'm going for the latter.
