I think the idea was that Iniesta spends increasing amounts of his time injured, so Cesc could 'cover' for that.
I'd be surprised if Cesc goes anywhere though. And even more surprised if he sold for less than 50m GBP.

Villa was a better purchase for Barca than Cesc would have been. With Xavi, Iniesta and biscuits where would Cesc play? Iniestsa can play in more attacking positions, but those are covered by Pedro, Messia and Villa. So I don't think Cesc will be going to Barca yet.
