Beaten by Chelsea in the semi, after Wenger bizarrely decided not to start Arshavin even though he was cup-tied for the European game three days earlier and the EPL game later that week was pretty much irrelevant. I still cannot fathom why he did that. Although Arshavin then did go on to score 4 at Anfield in the match later that week.

Nah I'm not gonna get sulky, it was Everton who bet us in the penalty shoot out. Our penalty attempts were just woeful, though compared with Alex Del Piero's the other day, they were incredible.
