sh*t, I just found out the Chelski goal - 20 yard shot, hits the
upright, comes back and hits Camp (QPR goalkeeper) in the back and
goes over the line before he could turn to retrieve. A jammy goal
indeed. Don't Chelsea ever have any bad luck??

A more likely scenario is that one of the "next best" group of
Everton, Aston Villa, Portsmouth, Man City, Blackburn could intrude
on the big 4 party. Will depend on the draw in round 5 and the
quarter finals.
... and how they get on in the 3rd round against giants like
... um ... Oldham, Coventry ...
I know, I know, its serious!

Wasn't it in the 90's when Chelsea were getting crowds of 9,000 and
3,000 or them were skinheads?
And before you say it, Yes, I stood in "The shed" for an
Arsenal V Chelsea game (1-1) and I as surrounded by the B'stards!
(But that was in 1985 - some things never change)

question:
my scouser mate was saying he was reading about how liverpool
denied luton the cash from gate receipts, and that today he read
riise say the own goal was on purpose to arrange the 2nd tie, after
talking with the team and being disgusted about the boards
decision.
sounds a little far fetched to me, and he finished work before
i could get any sort of source off him, any one heard a thing about
this?

NZgooner have you seen the goal? I would like to see Riise do that
again. So far fetched it is.

No, I close my eyes when their on. Thanks for that Sanday,
needed clarification before giving him a slapping! W*nker!
If that had been an Australian referee, he would have given the
penalty for the hand ball and sent Riise off!
and
disallowed the goal! Nice to see DogKenilworth Road is still as
poxy-a-ground as it was 22 years ago! Mind you it's looked like a
full house - all 500 fans.

Yup, seems Mr Carragher got a bit of a drenching as well:
Don't know what he's complaining about, getting the odd beer
shower is an intergal part of the Fever Zone experience
(allegedly)

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.
