How many two foot lunges is he allowed to get away with throughout the course of the season?

Three for me, and two for them.

Think it's two per game, isn't it.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

"Arrogant" is what I was told. How could he be? He missed "That" penalty, humiliation more like it.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Yep, it's a new handicap rule introduced by FIFA for players who don't have the skill to tackle properly.

Only according to scousers who don't know better. But a 1955 league title, 1965 League Cup (v Leicester), 1998 Super Cup (v Real Madrid), 1971 Cup Winners' Cup (v Real Madrid), 1998 Cup Winners' Cup (v Stuttgart), 1970 FA Cup (v Leeds), 1997 FA Cup (v Middlesbrough), 1954/55 Division Two title, not including all the titles in recent years, says differently. ;)

Your only history is being bought by some rich c**t.

The list above proves that comment's a crock of s**t. You seem to forget, the Mancs are owned by a so-called rich c**t too, except he's drowning you lot in debt.

-> I am assuming that by "ManCs being in debt" you're trying to mean "ManUs", I'm pretty sure ManC isn't in debt. Ready to shell out another 35 million pounds and all.
-> We have the earning power to earn it back. And our financial situation could be recovered from in one hit from our fantastic assets.
-> Here's a touch of history from the Man Utd website itself!
Here's just a touch of United History for you though,
Winners of Ballon d'Or from English Clubs:
2001 Michael Owen (Liverpool)
1968 George Best (United)
1965 Bobby Charlton (United)
1964 Denis Law (United)
1956 Stanley Matthews (Blackpool)

I didn't catch any Chelsea names!

I'm not denying the Mancs have won more than us in history. But, a) that's not the point I was making, and b) I don't support my club for history, merely that I'm from SW London and my family have all been Chelsea through the generations. I've been through the near bankruptcy and relegation. None of your glory-hunting bol**cks here.

As for earning power, we're all set to be self-funding within the next two years. Doubt the Mancs can "earn that back" so quickly as you point out. As for assets, our ground is the most expensive piece of real estate of any premiership club. Assets not a problem then...

PS: I'm assuming you know what a "manc" is, as opposed to it being the club Man City????? PSG552008-12-03 23:47:54

Yeh manc = manchesterites :P was 12am or whatever. Anyway, I've supported Man Utd since as long as I can remember. I didn't just "jump on the band-wagon", plus I like the way the club operates, we don't dump our manager because he came second in the premier league and the champions league, we give him a good time to build a team and then our trophies start flowing in. That's where I hate clubs like Chelsea. You old fart manager from last year threw his CL medal into the crowd, for second, so many clubs would kill for second, it was better than every other club in the world. And he did it cause he was pissed, and he knew he was going to get the sack.

I also never said you support your club for history, I'm jsut saying Chelsea's history and turning point was being bought by some rich arse who bought a whole load of players.

Oh, and by assets I meant players. And how much is your ground worth (out of interest), you probably should've made it 5-star so you can actually host things, Michael2008-12-04 11:21:54

JT's a ledge!  Every team needs a JT type player and if he was in your team you wouldn't be complaining.

john terry is a loser. he should not have taken that penalty. kalou should have and they should have won. anelka is a bigger loser than terry.

Every team has one of those as well.  William Gallas?  Ronaldo? A Cole (OK, so we have two but he became a c**t at Arsenal).

From memory, did kalou not take his shot the the left, and Edwin dived to the left, so if Kalou had taken JT's shot, Edwin would've saved.

If you're going to blame it on anyone you should probably blame it on Drogbaaaaa.

JT is a farken legend!!!!

The miss was unforgettable but proved he is human.....he and Carvalho are the best CB pairing in the Prem League!!

Hate him and diss him all you want, but we at the Bridge consider him a hero!  He plays the game hard, and sometimes oversteps the fine line when it comes to tackles, but there are dirtier players with less talent but not as high profile or playing for a club that is so envied and hated!

B L U E   A R M Y ! ! ! !
