Any UK residents/citizens got a spare minute to sign this?

Kevin (15yrs) died as a result of Hillsborough. In short he was reportedly pronounced dead at 3:15pm however was still alive through to 4pm but didn't receive medical treatment that could have saved him. His Mum's trying to get to the truth of the matter.

Good news it cracked the 100k.

@MikeHughesBBC: The Att Gen says he'll look at all the evidence surrounding death of Kevin W.He MAY call a new inquest without a debate.
