I'm looking at the UEFA.com match centre, better than Soccernet one IMO.

If you got Broadband and plenty of allowance, then this may be good.

Go down to you see windows media player, click the play button to the right of the WMP icon. (unless you already have a P2P streaming program)

Brilliant linds - thanks heaps for this link - just watched the last 30 minutes in perfect quality and learnt some french from the commentators too!  Great result.

Glad you like it, that site is awesome for any live sport. Pity I always go over the broadband cap because of it.

Great win today, getting on a roll. 4-0. Torres looked good again, as did Babel. Gerrard is back to his best and Harry Kewell keeps getting closer and closer to full fitness, he had some good touches too.

One down side is Carragher may be injured, he went for a ball that should've been Reina's and took a hit to the ribs, which resulted in a shocking miss by Anelka.

21 goals in 5 games. Awesome!

Torres goal was the best, beautiful pass from Stevie G and a cool finish.

I hope Carra is alright but if not, Jack Hobbs has been playing well and Agger might be fit for the next game against Reading. He is getting a special pair of custom boots made that will support the area where he broke the bone in his foot and has started training again.

I reckon that's where Rafa wants to strengthen in January, in the middle at the back 'cos they look one defender short in the squad.

Up to third in the Premiership...everything looking quite nice.  Torres is the player we've waited 18 years for.

Massive game next week in Marseille - would be awful to not make the knockout stages of the CL, expecially with Arsenal, Chelsea and Man U all through.

Nah, there's no challenge in bagging the teams you support

Lads, I'm trying not to get too far ahead of myself here, because I've got my hopes up before only to have them dashed, but I've just been looking at the Premiership table for about five minutes.

Unbeaten in the league
Six goals conceded (the tightest defence in the league)
26 goals scored (equal second in the league)
A game in hand

If we can continue to score goals at the rate we are (21 in the last five games in all competitions) convert some of our draws into wins, and grab a result or two against Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal, we could challenge for this bloody title you know.

I know December's early to be making predictions, but as I said above Torres is the player we've waited 18 years for.

2007/08 - is this finally the season we break that duck?

be good to get Agger back, and Pennant - though he's a way off yet

hopefully benitez and dos yanquis  will sort their sh*t out (great to see the fans support for Rafa)

apart from a centre back to cover for Agger and carragher (and replace Jamie in due course) I'm not sure what Rafa is after (but I'll bow to your and Malky's superior knowledge if i'm way off beam)

Marseille game too!

It's all bit busy, and no bloody sky coverage again!!

edit - and Linds' superior knowledge of fixtures and what week everyone else but me is in

They are showing Liverpool Marseille Game

Games on the 12th Dec (NZT), not this week. AC Milan's group playing early as they have World Club Cup and Inter-Continental Cup to play in Japan.

Centre back seems like the only real weakness (I agree, it will definitely be good to get Agger back) to me although I've just cast my eye over the squad list and since Rafa seems to be rotating Mascherano, Lucas and Sissoko in the holding role, with Xabi still injured, he might be tempted to bring in another attacking MF to give Stevie a break.

Losing Pennant is balanced by getting Harry back who seems to be back to something near his best although still a little way off full match fitness but there are plenty of options out wide.

You'd think for 1 pr 2 players, funds should not be a problem. If they sell Carson to Villa, his valuation is about 10M plus another 10-12M guaranteed WHEN we reach the UCL knockout stage. I don't know what the problem is.

I'd be keen to see if could Lucas perform in a more creative role than DM, and expect that if Kewell and Pennant started then Yossi could also take an attacking central role

but yeah if Rafa can swing it then who'd say no to some cover for Stevie G (?)

75th min - a long way back from here and Rafa's attention seems to be on other matters, but where there's life there's hope

Have to say horrible horrible refereeing, can't believe those penalty calls. Ok first one probably wasn't a penalty on further review (Reading one), but it was close and Carragher challenge was stupid. But Torres was chopped down, which it seemed to be an obvious penalty. Then again another blatant foul by Sonko on Torres, Sonko again completely missing the ball. A few more times their could have been penalties for Liverpool too, but most would've been harsh.

Guess it was one of those days, hit the post and crossbar too. But dropped of a bit from title race now.

Marseille seem to be getting in form (last 5 unbeaten) and this result doesn't put us in the best place. But I'd rather we did better in the league than Champions League.

NOt all is lost lads, we still have game in hand, and Arsenal lost as well so we didn't lose any ground at all, we just didn't advance more hehe ... as for 'no one should lose to Reading' , sometimes you get these kind of results, where the Mancs or the Arse or even 'Pool lose away to lesser teams, around this time of year
