Manager merry-go-round

Mark Hughes says he wants Stoke FC to play attacking football by bringing the ball down and playing it on the deck.  I wonder how much money he will get for selling the entire current squad?

I look forward to seeing Orcs FC get relegated to the rugby championship.

How old is Leggy?  Is he 12 or 72?

Well he managed to stop QPR from playing attractive attacking football.

So, to date we have (confirmed or virtually locked in):

Moyes to Man Utd
Mourinho to Chelsea
Martinez to Everton
Pellegrini to Man City
Hughes to Stoke
Benitez to Naopli

Looking: Real Madrid. Ancelotti? and then Mancini to PSG?
Wigan - O'Neill?

Just saw on my mates Facebook that Everton have released a statement saying that no deal had been concluded yet and the search continues blah blah....probably just a matter of time but still interesting

Why would you manage a div 2 club rather than a div 1 club?

So will PSG let Ancelotti go to Real? If they had Mancini? Or will Real turn to Mancini if they can't get Carlo? AVB wants a 2nd year at a club for once so he'll stay at Spurs.

Laudrup still hadn't sorted his issues at Swansea, but not sure he's ready for PSG or Real. In fact I reckon AVB and Laudrup have had great seasons and should stay where they are, but 2 seasons in a job is becoming unfashionable.

Wigan - Pulis? O'Neill? Graeme Arnold?

Wigan are part of a whole different manager merry-go-round now

Perhaps someone like Owen Coyle could be good for them (his Bolton nightmare aside)

True, not in Disneyland anymore. Owen Coyle might be OK but he'd be better if he changed his shorts for a pair of trou!

Get rid of the shorts!

The ride is about to finish folks, just one more vacancy to be filled I think.

Pellegrini finally confirmed at Citeh.

So that leaves Mancini - possibly - to PSG assuming Ancelotti goes to RM.

Then this off season merry go round ride will be over I think.

I really rate Pellegrini. He could be a very good choice for City.

Apparently Kinnear responsible for which players are in the squad. Pardew's gonna love that.

In a certain industry's lingo, "he has a good back story". I actually agree with you El-Pist, but proof will be in the pudding. As we know the oil owners don't have much patience, do they?

Yeah. He's a gent though, and has done a fantastic job at both Villareal and Malaga. He struggled at Real though, to be fair (although didn't he get their largest points tally or something?). I like him anyway.

PSG bidding 85mil for Bale to try and land AvB as well... lols!

So the Kinnear appointment. Is this some sort of move to ease Pardew out given that he was on an 8 year contract?

They're trying to drive him out. He's on such a long expensive contract, it's easier if he chooses to leave. The Geordies don't want another season like the last one. Time for the London Mafia to move or be moved on.
