not a bad weekend:

Arse vs West Ham = arse biscuits.
Villa vs Wolves = arse biscuits
Everton vs Bolton = win (thanks to 90th minute goal by drink driving, god bothering Pineear)
Pompey vs Hull = arse biscuits although was looking good in the 87th minute
Stoke vs Totts = arse biscuits
Sunderland vs Brummie = win
Wigan vs Burnley = win (thanks to 93rd minute goal)
Blackburn vs Chelsea = win (therefore happy desipte my hatred of Drogba)
Fulham vs City = win
Mancs vs Pool = win

Pretty average Saturday, cracking Sunday (although Daniella Westbrooke was eliminated from Dancing on Ice in the semi final which means my 5 bet on her at 10 to 1 has gone the way of the Dodo).

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

This morning's offering:
Chelsea ($1.25) x Villa ($1.60 surely they have to win sooner or later) x City-Everton draw ($3.30) x Blackburn-Brum draw ($3.30).

What the hell is wrong with Villa? They fade so epically every season.

come this way for free money.......

Brum vs Arsenal - this is where the Arse's season went of the rails two years ago (or was it last year?  I really have to stop sniffing the Ajax) but I cannot see that happening again.  The suspension to Vermalen will mean Arsenal will play three at the back - Sol, Song and Sol's arse.  I was at the Emarites last weekend, and despite West Ham being as toothless as Joe Jordan's smile in the late 70's, Arsenal were very resilient, and I cannot see that not continuing.  Lump on Arsenal to win (1.53).

Bolton vs Man U - Bolton aren't very good, and Utd are coming into one of those late season runs where they brush aside little clubs like Bolton and Perennial strugglers Perennial strugglers Liverpool.  Rooney to score is easy money, but I fear the odds will be too short to make anything off that, so I'm going for Rio and the serbian assassin to contain the combined threat of the barrell chested Davis and John Amanda.  Utd to win to nil (2.05).

Chelsea vs Villa - Villa's ability to counter attack make them as useful away from home as they are at Villa Park, but they will be missing the speed of Gabby Agbonlahor who is key to this style of play.  Terry and Carvelho can be susceptible to pace, but will be able to handle the battering rams that are Hesky and Carew.  Malouda is in pretty good form at the moment, and as I cannot get odds on the number of facial injuries that Villa will get (over 2.5 would be the bet), I will go on him scoring.  Malouda to score at anytime (2.75).

Hull vs Fulham - Fulham seem to playing everyday at the moment, so their anorexic squad must really be feeling it.  Hull ladies have massive jubblies so modern day lothario Iain Dowie may be distracted by the heaving and bouncing crowd around him, but I fancy his team to take the 3 points.  Hull to win (2.40).

Totts vs Pompey - home win.  Odds for that will be shorter than a jockey the day before payday, so go with over 3.5 goals in the game (2.50).

West Ham vs Stoke - jesus.  On Tuesday night West Ham were as bad as Feverish's dancing, so they are now praying on the incompetence of Burnley and Hull to keep them up.  Stoke are in that horrible position of having nothing to play for - too far away to make a charge at Europe but well safe from relegation. This game will be boring (I turned down a free ticket for it) with not many goals.  Less than 2.5 goals in the game (1.70).

Wolves vs Everton - both teams had great wins in midweek, and will be buzzing like a bolivian bee hive on their christmas party.  The Irish Pele Kevin Doyle was superb on Tuesday night, but overall Everton will be too good for their hosts.  Everton to win (2.00).

Burnely vs Blackburn - this game will be uglier than the "lady" I broke a particularly depressing shagging drought with in London during my early 20's.  Actually, the action will probably be unerringly similar - plenty of effort with little penetration, a number of hefty collisions, a couple of brutal injuries, a very vocal crowd  and a real sense of disappointment from both sides afterwards.  Draw (3.20).

Perennial strugglers Perennial strugglers Liverpool vs Sunderland - loads of beach ball style "hilarity" at this game, but that will be the start and finish of the fun.  Neither side has anything to play for in the league despite Perennial strugglers Perennial strugglers Liverpool claiming to be in contention for 4th place.  Combined, Darren Bent (D-Bent) and Kevin Phillips (K-Phill) have scored over 80% of all the goals Sunderland have scored in their history, and I fancy the current player to give Daniel Agger (D-Agg) the run around here.  It will be so easy for him he could listen to Pete Docherty (Pe-Do) on his Instrumental PodPlayer (I-Pod) during the game and still score.  D-Bent to score (3.75).

Decent piece Frankie.

But FYI Carvalho is out for at least a month (do some homework would you). Pretty sure it will be a backline of Ferreira, Terry, Alex and Zhirkov. To me that doesn't look too strong. Hope Villa can snatch a goal or two.

Haven't done this for a couple of weeks, but desperate to get some money back after taking a battering on Wednesday night with Arsenal to win, Vermalen to score and there to be 6 or more bookings in the game.  What kind of f**king derby doesn't get 6 bookings?

Citeh vs United - tempting to lump on the bookings (so I probably will) but I think that City will win this to nil.  Against Blackburn, United looked as impotent up front as Pele before he started taking the little blue pills, and despite City banging in a load of goals recently, I think they will be tight tomorrow, going back to the 3 defensive midfielders.  City to win to nil (4.50)

Birmingham vs Hull - Hull got mullered by Burnely last week, so I would not be surprised if their players were too ashamed to show up tomorrow.  Brum have been very solid defensively (apart from last week), but don't score many, and I cannot see Hull being too gung-ho again so I'm going for less than 2.5 goals in this one (1.80)

Blackburn vs Everton - Everton are one of the form teams around at the moment but Blackburn do not usually lose at home.  The away team should be wearing their fetching black and pink strip which will annoy old school Blackburn manager Fat Sam, but not as much as the linesman making an incorrect about a throw-in during the first half which will indirectly lead to Everton scoring the winning goal 50 minutes later.  Everton to win (2.60)

Fulham vs Wolves - Fulham will rest some players ahead of Europa Song Contest semi final later next week, while Wolves need that final win to confirm premier league status for next season.  Expect Man Utd's 9 million non-league player Chris Smallings (if he is worth 9m, how much would Fergie pay for Aaron Hughes?) to be taken to the cleaners by Kevin "Mrs" Doyle.  Doyle to score and Woves to win (5.50)

Stoke versus Bolton - I don't give a f**k, so am going waste a quid on Stoke to win 3-0 (17.00)

Sunderland vs Burnley - Alexander scored 2 of the best penalties I have ever seen last week, but that will be the last high point of the season for Burnley, who will not win another point this season.  Sunderland will win, Bent will score and Steve Bruce will look like a man whose face has been made out play-do.  Bent to score and Sunderland to win (2.05)

Totts vs Chelsea - thank god this wasn't the cup final, as I hate watching football when I want both teams to lose.  Chelsea will win this, probably to nil, as they go on to be the worst team to ever do the double.  Chelsea to win to nil (2.87)

Wigan vs Arsenal - this is the sort of game that is primed for an upset.  Terrible pitch, Arsenal have a load of injuries and nothing to play for, and Wigan will be fired up as they do everything to avoid being dragged back into the relegation cat fight.  Problem is that Arsenal are still pretty good, while Wigan are not.  Arsenal to win (1.53)

Portsmouth vs Villa - Villa won their earlier in the season (Milk Cup tie) with Downing scoring on his debut.  His place on the plane to Self Efrica is under pressure due to a number of other players who can play on the left (Gerrard, Milner, Johnson) and Downing not being very good.  Villa will win, although the odds will not be very good, so I am going for Downing to score at anytime (5.00)

Updated with odds.

it is obviously where I got the idea from, but his tips are usually sh*t.  I am hoping that what separates us is that he is funnier (only slightly, apparently - I'll take that) but I offer better tips.  I am aware that is unlikely, but we all have to dream.
