not sure there is a need for a new thread, but just want to point out we both have won one throphy this year. And we are a good chance for number 2.

We all know winning the Grand Final is the only thing that counts ...

Hardly think you can  compare a one game trophy to the EPL.

The noisy neighbours comment was still well and truly smashed down fergie's gob, there's no coming back from that however impressive the title win this season.

Just saw that second goal, absolute cracker

Good to see the annual pop up of Man U suporters on forum, twitter and facebook.

See you again in another 12 month (or maybe not) when United win something again.

Check your facts 2nd Best. Last post on the City thread was June, 2012. The Man U thread is a constant stream of intelligent, witty, insightful, passionate beauty. ;)

Really? Where is this hidden ManU thread?

The one I've been reading has been a constant stream of whinging, complaining, and asking for complete squad overhauls all season, regardless of results.

:) beauty is in the eye etc...

The dirge on the Arsenal thread is the same story - over and over and over again - players who choose to enhance their career by leaving, Wenger and the board and funds, a selling club. But the overriding theme is the lack of actually winning anything. That's why Wilshere, Ramsey and Oxlade-Chamberlain will give you lot immense pain in the next few years too. Same story. On a positive note, I've enjoyed  the little I've seen of Cazorla and Vermaelen this season.

The moaning has come cause we have young talent on the bench and AF kept playing players that were just not good enough.

Rio and Giggs. The main difference in the Utd supporters and some others (better not mention them) is that week after week they predict they are going to thrash so and so, win the league etc and so on. Too cocky for me.

vermaelen Stretford??? LOL, under-performed all season, dropped a while back for the excellent koscielny who had rvp in his pocket all day

A good indicator of how much you watch/know about arsenal

You obviously haven't read the actual arsenal thread - not saying it's top quality stuff by any means, but you've just voiced your opinions and observations of our club and masqueraded that as what is written in the arsenal thread, bizarre to say the least.

I was mainly having a dig because the overriding theme on the ManU thread is negative and insulting towards your own players - not unusual for any team thread round here but very unusual when you're leading the league all season and playing well. If our lads had been winning like that we wouldn't be whinging that's for sure.

Love it while you have it, love it to bits, because when it's gone it really really really sucks. I remember complaining about too many draws during the invincibles season ffs! The last 8 seasons have taught me a lot... when (if?) we eventually win another trophy I will savour it more than any other in my life...

Agree about giggs, he looks like he's over-staying his welcome a tad these days

Rio however, he's really surprised me, very clever player with his positioning, seems to make up for the lost pace quite well

I wonder if Giggs would like to finish his career at the Nix. Bring Scholes too.
