I think it would probably make things a bit tidier for posters. i don't know about the other teams but the Arsenal thread turns into a nightmare during the transfer season as every rumour is debated over the top of the other. a separate forum where each topic could be discussed separately would make it a lot easier, and also we would be able to receive email updates to certain topics without crashing the fever mail box (reason the first Arsenal thread was closed) The Arsenal thread definitely needs this but I'm sure the other supporters might get upset if their teams didn't get the option. I guess a petition system for the smaller teams might be fair.

Yep.  It was in the Regional forums where we panicked at the size of the job having to sort through all the local threads and push them into the appropriate sub-forum.

Good idea, it would definitely tidy up some of the various topics that get discussed in a single thread.

The new Arse sub forum is showing 4 Topics but when you enter the forum the only topic available is the Forum rules...

yeah, i noticed if you follow the link from the main forum you get that but if you go into the english football discussion first then follow the link it works fine. something for the techies to look at.

I think that once a new post is made in a thread it will show in the forum.
