This was my EPL Dream Team from beginning of March, pretty close. 7/11. VDS and Vidic could have been there with Man Utd having the best defence in the league. Essien injuries and Arshavin not as consistent as Milner over the season.

                       VDS
Ivanovic      Vidic    Vermaelen        Evra
         Fabregas        Essien
Valencia                              Arshavin
               Rooney    Drogba

He has been in sublime form all season. Who else would you pick?

I would have Reina in there, but I'm biased. Also Van Der Sar, Bullion??? Only featured in half the games this season. Other than that no real issues.

Remember lads it's the players who decide these awards so for those saying 'Reina is better', 'Van Der Sar' is better or 'Hart WTF', these players have obviously impressed (or not impressed as the case may be) their fellow players more so than anybody else over the course of this season.

Three for me, and two for them.

The presence of Fletcher is no mistake.

Most underrated player in the world.

Excuse my ignorance, but I can't put a name to the face of the young player award?

Ah, excuse my ignorance, should have known that. James Milner. Of course. Deserving of the award imo.

Malouda was probably a tad unlucky, he's had a great season

vermaelen in there in his first year, great achievement that

ivanovic must feel satisfied as well. When he was signed he was injured for ages and i read a few websites giving chelsea stick for such a rubbish signing. A year on and thank your lucky stars chelsea, with bosingwa out so long ivanovic was key to your season

Reina has hands down been the pick of the keepers this year.
