Stoke MADE Offer for Kaka???
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Haha. Wonder what was going through Kaka's mind as he weighed up the options.

closet thing i could find to a stoke thread

read this feedback on F365, interesting points;

"I hadn't factored it in when watching the City game, but having just realised that Stoke are now in the Europa League next season, I just had a, possibly slightly crazy thought, that they could well be the sort of side who could win it. We've seen Villa, Man City, Liverpool, Spurs, Everton over the years all trying to get into the Champs League, and not take the Europa all too seriously. Fulham almost did it, and I would say that Stoke are a stronger team, and many European sides will not be used to their physical game plan.

They are used to having less possession, and have actually made it to their advantage, to have less possession, so the age old complaint of not being as technically gifted, that the aforementioned sides may have struggled with, will not be so applicable. All things considered, definitely worth a punt, and am going to get down the bookies in the morning before this is printed"

Could be worth a flutter...depends who else ends up in the EL though.

They'd start in the Play-off rounds?

Athletico Madrid, Sevilla, Roma etc aren't gunna be easy to top.

I reckon Andy Gray has already got a few quid on Stoke to win. After all, if Messi and Barca would struggle away at Stoke, what hope is there for the likes of Atletico, Sevilla etc?

Could Stoke handle a warm night in Malaga?

well tonights the night for Stoke fans. If their team plays like they did in the semi, they'll really make City work hard.
