During the Arsenal/Stoke game on Bein 1, Arsenal scored during "goal rush", while they were showing a goal from some other game. F*cking ridiculous. I was fuming.
So sick of that goal rush sh*t.
Yeah came to make the same rant. It's so mother fudgeing annoying and disruptive to the game you are actually watching. Been lucky that Arsenal have been either on other channels or playing at times there weren't other games lately so this is the first goal rush we've had for a while but this time we actually scored while they were busy showing something from some other game. Could live with showing a goal during a stoppage for an injury or sub or whatever, but cutting to another game as the ball is being played into the penalty area is going too far.
Not sure what all the complaining is about. Goal rush is a little annoying. Apart from that the coverage is brilliant. Well worth the extra 12dolars a month. I hope it continues next year.

Anyway. I highly recommend you all find a friend who lives in Australia and ask them if they can either sign you up to Optus, or use their account, then $10 for a good VPN per month and you're set. This is my current setup and it's mint. On Demand, different games, good quality.

Wish they could split their European stuff over more than one channel when there's no Premier League games going on. Monaco-Lyon played live, whilst it was a great match the Barcelona derby is only on delayed in the afternoon.
Do they no longer offer the free month trial? Didn't try it when it launched as I had no need to with Sky. But now staying at my partner's parents place over New Year without the Sky offering I was hoping to be able to see the next couple of games. Looks like you have to subscribe though so not going to pay out for a month for 2 games.

I had FanPass for a Nix game earlier in the season. It did something weird and I missed the first half hour of the game because the feed got delayed by half an hour and then synced back up. So I complained via the feedback form on the FanPass app and never got a response.
Even when it is stuff in their control Sky don't give a shark about upset customers. As long as they've got all Blacks fans over a barrel their business model works

did you ever think that SKY are pissed off about this as well and are pushing beIN along but at the end of the day beIN are MASSIVE and seems like they do things on their own time.
He contacted Sky first who told him to ask Bein. That's ridiculous in itself.
Sky promised us online access as part of the deal, we are paying Sky our money, they are our provider. If they have a problem with their Supplier then that should not be our issue to sort out. Absurd.

Looking like someone has been lied to. Certainly we have. Whether Sky lied to us, or Bein lied to Sky remains to be seen. I know nothing about web development or coding, but creating say a box to put your Sky account number in for verification on sign up doesn't strike me as something that would take this long to develop.
Wouldn't it be as simple as getting a list of MySky logins for customers that have subscribed to the Bein channels on Sky, and giving that to Bein, then they create standard accounts for those login details?
Surely it's very simple. No idea what the hold up might be.
As Chopah also pointed out, I'm not correct when I suggest that online-only subscribers are getting the service just fine, because all they're actually getting is a live stream of Bein 1. Far from what we had with PLP where you select the game you want etc. And obviously no on-demand.
Just really poor all round.

Pretty much. You just get a live stream of Bein 1. So when there's multiple games at once, you'll only get to watch one of them, although you will get the "goal rush" thing where they show the goals/highlights of every other game during the main game. Very annoying if you're not interested in the other games, but very good for the neutral.
I believe they've added Bein 2 now, however that's usually other leagues not the EPL.
Gave up SKY when PLP came in and can honestly say there have only been two or three occasions where I've missed it (sporting events). Can get most of what I want via radio, streaming etc. It helps that I think rugby is the biggest pile of shark ever.
This BeIn service is truly terrible and I applaud those who are trying to hold them accountable. I won't sign up until they provide an on demand function.

I had (and loved) premier league pass. Now I got the beIN channels on SKY and get to see Chelsea play live so I'm happy. I literally only have it for Chelsea so haven't really noticed much else of what they've done or failed to do.

Main issue people have is that with Premier League Pass, every game was available live and on demand. Now with Bein's online offering (for those who don't want to or can't afford to pay out for Sky) only includes one of the Sky channels and no on demand. So you no longer get every game, and there is no option to watch it when you want. Before the season they also promised that those who sign up to the Sky offering will get free access to the online option (ie, for times when you may be away from home and not have access to the Sky channels), but this has also not happened.
