I'd luv to see Moyes do it... he's a great gaffer and has done well with the players/squad/budget he has available... though in saying that it's also up to Perennial strugglers Liverpool to lose it - though that isn't beyond the realms either... it's up for grabs!

Toffees 8 points off 4th (currently Spurs). Its all ours . That and Hull City will avoid relegation. Again. Just.

Its no longer a problem.

ok, without using these fancy predictors i've done me own wee bit of research on this top four malarkey

Man City have to play; wigan, burnley, brum, manU, arsenal, villa, spurs and westham. Im predicting 15 pts in that lot, giving them 68 points.

Spurs have to play; Pompey, Sunderland, arsenal, chelsea, manU, bolton, man city and burnley. Im predicting 15 points in that lot too, giving them 70 points.

Perennial strugglers Liverpool have to play; Sunderland, brum, fulham, westham, burnley chelsea and hull. Im picking 16 points in that lot (generously given their form), giving them 67 points.

Villa have to play; chelsea, bolton, everton, pompey, hull, brum, man city and blackburn. I dont believe they've got it in them to get the required 19 points to top spurs in that lot of games.

However, something no one is talking about.... everton are absolutely storming home. They look freakin awesome right now. They have left;

wolves, westham, villa, blackburn, fulham, stoke and pompey.

21 points maybe? They could you know... which would give them 69 points, only one off my spurs prediction.

You never know... if the contenders slip up through this run in we could see a miracle from the toffees... call me crazy...

one thing's for sure though, it should be tight and exciting right til the end

Wow.  you are being very generous to us paulm.

At this point I don't see us retaining 4th spot.  City will most likely take it from us.

Pyul will keep FADING (please read this Tyler), Everton will come through and take 5 or 6.  if we are lucky we will also get one of those spots.

my predictions are definitely flawed - i've pretty much picked wins over all teams currently below you...

15 pts from Pompey, Sunderland, bolton, man city and burnley

with losses to arsenal, chelsea and manU

although substitute a surprise win over chelsea and a surprise loss to bolton, both possible, and you get the same outcome...

but yes, your point is valid, as is any argument against my predictions. There's atleast  1-2 surprise results every round and some of them will certainly involve these top 4 contenders

however, i do really think everton are a chance to win their remaining 7 games, and that would really mix it up

Forth looking tough for the Toffees (7 points behind Spurs) but Europe is looking very possible. I'd even take 5th at this stage. Especially if Perennial strugglers Liverpool are 6th or lower. I don't hate them I just really love beating them.

Its no longer a problem.

You've missed a big win for us @WHL on 10 April, but can't see us getting up on those other teams above us.

City, Bolton and Mackems will be hard matches too.

I think the second best North London team will win the title (which sucks because then your lot will be even more insufferable than they already are and you'll finally have something to put in your cabinet).

LOL junior82 you crack me up

yes i could've said "substitute a surprise win over arsenal..." instead of chelsea but i would never offer such a disaster as an option

oh and FYI due to your fellas beating fulham this morn the NLD will now be played on Apr 14. Great result for us gooners as it means we now get 8 days rest after the 2nd leg vs Barca before we play you. And your lot unfortunately will have to back up from your fa cup semi on the 10th now...............

OK. Late in the piece but some key injuries all round will expose some teams more than others.

1st @rse scum - close call but still think this will happen
2nd Chelski - would be nice for the noveau scum to beat the @rse and may happen after an impt win today. Don't think so but.
3rd ManU - SAF needs more boot

4th - Man City - grrrr!
5th/6th - Spurs (I hope) + Toffees
7th - Pyul

Of course if Pyul make it then there would be two London teams, followed by the Mancs, then the Scousers. And I'd be somewhat p!ssed off, but still happy that we'd won the FA Cup.

Forgive my ignorance, but what does LWC stand for? And Junior82 mentioned Pyul - who are they? Cheers.

Anyway, my top four would be:

1) Chelsea - This morning's result could be the season maker.
2) ManU - I think they will stuggle sans Rooney, but I expect to be wrong!
3) Arsenal - They could even come second, but I think first might be too far.
4) Perennial strugglers Liverpool - Then again, they could come seventh! But I think they've got easy final games, although they could lose to anyone this year.

But I have no confidence in my picks, it is so close this year!

I'm quite depressed, but I have been expecting this end of season blow out by spurs.

Heres my picks:

1) Chelsea
2) Arse
3) Man U
4) Man C

....Tottenham will probably be 5th again

I'm picking Arsenal to storm home unbeaten with Chelsea to drop one match and for United to lose/draw at least once.  This would leave Chelsea beating us on goal difference.

I shall pray nightly for plague to sweep Stamford Bridge.

Maybe you should just look at your remaining games.Perhaps it is just your youthful exuberance that brings you to this conclusion.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid
