A lot of the bottom teams are actually quite unlucky because they can dominate a game and not win it because they dont have the quality to finish off enough times. I know this happens to all teams every now and then but definately more to the not so good teams.

I've usually taken 40pts as offering safety, but this year it looks as though 4th from bottom could be safe with less. What's the least amount of points a club has survived the drop in the EPL? HarryHotspur2008-04-03 20:15:01

Foolhams win at City even gave them a ray of hope. Today has been the saddest day for me results wise. It started off good, then Stewart got sent off and then all the teams I wanted to see lose, were losing and then they turned it around in the second half. The only good result was Chelskis and they're our arch rivals! Lonegunmen2008-04-27 23:11:40
