Yellow Fever EPL Tipping 26/27

Bit slack starting this with the season only a week away.

Please respond here if you are in for this season, and what team you support. New entrants always welcome. 

Format will be the same as last season: 

Pick the winner and either a 1 goal margin, 2+ margin or a draw for the games played by the teams supported by participants (ie, last season we picked Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Forest and Man City games.
5 points for correct winner, 8 points for correct winner + margin, 8 for picking a correct draw.
Pick one player for each match, 5 points awarded if your player gets MOM. 

For MOM we'll use the highest rated player on whoscored.com again, with the points awarded if the player is tied with someone else.

Deadline for each game will just be kickoff so even if you happen to miss the first game in a round you can still pick the later games.

There will also be the usual pre-season picks (top 6, bottom 3, top scorer and assister for each team we're tipping, golden boot, golden glove, first manager sacked, player of the season, young player of the season, manager of the season). Deadline for these will be the end of the transfer window so you have a chance to see what final squads look like. 

In the rare event of a tie at the end of the season, points won on pre-season picks will be the tiebreaker (in a similar way to goal difference). If pre-season picks are also a tie, then we’ll go to the number of exact picks throughout the season (ie, the max 8 points).

Let me know if there is anything you suggest adding. I was thinking a cup competition might be cool in the 2nd half of the season where there would be a random head to head draw and your points that week determine who goes through. Depending how many there are it might start at a quarter final. Would that be of interest?

Leeds and forest - Draw DCL

Still thinking about exactly how to do the cup competition with only 6 of us. Maybe some kind of round robin with the top 4 then going though to a semi final. It will be in the 2nd half of the season anyway so open to any suggestions before then.

All goal/assist stats are Premier League only, and as per the end of season totals on premierleague.com. Sometimes an assist counts in fantasy premier league but not on the official stats so we go off the official stats here (ie, last week Tzolis was credited with an assist in FPL, but as his cross was parried by the keeper it didn't count as an official assist).
