Not a good day for keepers obviously.

After I got home from work saw the tail-end of Ireland and Andorra, saw the goals from the game in the after-match summary, a couple of great strikes from Doyle and the Andorran guy. The new stadium in Dublin looked awesome too.
Wasn't it Croke Park? I didn't watch any of it but thats what it said on the synopsis thing.

No, it was at the recently opened Aviva stadium (built on the site of the old Lansdowne Road). Will be the venue for this season's Europa League final.

only difference is that the Aviva is not full of w**kers when there is football on there.

Actually, the atmosphere at the Emirates when it is full is pretty much the same as the what it would be in that photo

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Armenia 3 Slovakia 1. Serbia and Slovakia losing to crap teams makes the All Whites results suddenly understandable.

France 2-0 over Romania. Good win. Gourcuff and Remy scoring. Two of France's biggest exciting prospects.

how do you think Brazil got the next WC.
expect them to be the Harlem globe trotters for the next few years, as they play/pay friendlies all over the show. Maybe they should franchise?
Euro Brazil vs an Americas Brazil is a match i would pay to watch.

After 7 minutes!

Scotland currently 2 - 2 with Spain after being 2 - 0 down.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Still about 20 to go tho', I think. So we're still on track for a 10 - 2 defeat

Bugger, Spain 3 - 2 up. 10 to go.

Another goal to Gourcuff and one to Benzema give France a 2-0 win over Luxembourg. Gourcuff is class.

The best thing about the Serb thing this morning is that before the game 5-6 of their fans got aboard the team bus and attacked the Serb keeper Stojkovic with flares (apparently they were Crvena Zvezda fans who consider him a traitor for leaving the club for rivals Partizan) - Stojkovic promptly refused to play in the game. Genova was apparently a war-zone for most of the day (before and after the 'game').

Watching with interest to see what UEFA is going to do about all this.

May I add that Montenegro are managed by a Croatian - Zlatko Kranjcar, Niko's dad.

what kind of punishment do you think uefa will habd down? make serbia play at home in an empty stadium? no away fans when playing away?

Heard different rumours, but the most credible one is 5 home games without fans, and a default win for Italy for this game. Not out of the question that Italian FA may be punished too for poor security.
