looks like it's gonna be the same ol' Neymar, first bump and he's rolling all over the ground like he's been shot! For a man with his talent to be wasting it making contact loiok worse than it is is such a shame, he could easily be as good as Messi if he used his skill to ride the challenge and stay on his feet.
Perhaps a slight edge for Brazil, but he brooks no sharke once he’s made a decision.
That felt like the football part of the WC had arrived. Epic effort from the Serbian team, but Brazil got through in the end. And that freakn goal from Richarlison. Bit hard to think of the joga bonito coming from the ex-Everton, Tottenham star!

Blame the referees Give the foul (if it’s a foul) and yellow card him for simulation. Guarantee he won’t do it more than twice a game.
There were plenty of times when the ref just waved play on and the offender was left writhing on the turf like a prat while play swept on. That’s a decent way too.

Faghani was the ref for this one. Local A league referee. Thought he did ok.
Wasn’t referring specifically to this referee, more refs of world-cups past. The kid should have been taught back in 2014 when he was a puppy rolling over twenty times.
Neymar only took 18 minutes to do his first submarine, no physical contact, dive and a second one not long after. Has he not learned from all the ridicule he gets over the past few years?? He should be embarrassed and or ashamed.

Neymar would make a great Hollywood action movie star.
He's got a decent credits list already: Neymar - IMDb
Absolutely incredible! Cameroon have defeated Brazil by a goal from Aboubakar in the 92nd minute. Aboubakar was actually sent off however for taking his shirt off in his celebration as he was already on a yellow, unfortunate but you can't blame him.
This is even bigger than Saudi Arabia beating Argentina and Cameroon's greatest ever victory, they can definitely be proud of their performances at this WC.

I'd still have Saudi's win over it, Brazil had secured passage and fully rotated their line-up, whereas it was Argentina's first game, going at full throttle and one game off equaling the record unbeaten streak for international football. Cameroon also have bigger names that play in Europe, and Saudi are all locally based, so it made it a more unexpected victory to most people as they underrate the rest of the world.

Yeah, the squad was pretty young and inexperienced in terms of caps and national team exposure albeit Alves, Fred, Jesus and Fabinho, three of whom playing only their first game of the tournament.
Still, Brazil can be pretty damn hard to beat whether they're deploying a young or experienced team. It's not every day a footballing nation can say they beat Brazil, but then again, that would be pretty similar to saying it's not everyday you beat Argentina.
