Road Trip Queens Birthday Weekend

I'm gonna go an watch some football.

Planned Itinerary is:

Saturday 30th May - Wellington:

4pm Argentina vs. Panamania

7pm Ghana vs. Austria

After the game drive northwards to somewhere and stay the night.

Sunday 31st May - Hamilton:

Get up early and drive to Hamilton for:

1pm Qatar v Colombia

4pm Portugal v Senegal

Stay the night in Hamilton.

Monday 1st June - New Plymouth:

Leave ealry and drive to New Plymouth for:

1pm Nigeria v Brazil

4pm Best Korea v Hungary

Drive back to Wellington.

Nigeria v Brazil is a fantastic match up.

Plan is coming together nicely. Bevan has wangled a leave pass.

We're gonna stay in Wellington Sat night and leave c4.30-5.00am Sunday to drive to Hamilton.

Got to the 2 In New Plymouth. Great day out. Fantastic football, the weather largely played ball, and a great ground. Why has the Nix travelling roadshow never been there!

That was an awesome trip.

Colombian fans in Hamilton were my highlight, but they were eclipsed by Ghana fans with drums in Wellington.

Oh yeah, and probably the most exciting football I've ever seen live.
