NP with Group E has got it pretty good too.

I'm gonna head down to games this Sunday, anyone know there will be walk up sales and if so if the price will still be $39 per ticket? I'm gonna try recruit some more people to come so it helps if we can get tickets there.

$39 is the most expensive ticket - there should be $19 and $29 ones as well. I'd say you'll definitely be able to buy tickets on the gate, seeing as the organisers were talking about expecting big walk up crouds

$39 seats are far superior than the $29 or $19 seats though (at least at waikato stadium). I'm just hoping if we walk up they aren't suddenly going to be $10 more per ticket or something.

It also depends on whether there's anyone stopping you just sitting in the good seats even if you only have a cheap ticket...

Looking forward to the first double headers in this group. What a weekend. Plains Rangers v Old Blues Saturday. Qatar v Colombia and Senegal v Portugal Sunday. Plains Rangers v Kawerau Monday. Whew!

Colombia dominating Qatar in first half. Some very classy play at times, while Qatar just struggling to get the ball.

Scenes here at Waikato with some Colombian fans celebrating with a pitch invasion. Security got them off the pitch but no real heavy handedness. Just one bloke carried off by Police  for fighting back, rest of them just climbed back into the croud.

End of an era.  Vinnie - It's over.

Portugal look very sharp.

Agreed.
Especially with the anthem. I teared up a little and have zero affiliation with Colombia.

Also rated Senegal turning to face their flag during the anthem.

That's the second photo someone has taken of us and not actually come to say hi. We don't bite.

Also in our defence that's in between games or half time hence the phone action

Looked pretty heavy handed from where we were. ~One guy thrown by security into the fence was very unnecessary.

That Senegal keeper will be having nightmares about his part in the 1st and 3rd goals. I thought Senegal were heaps of fun to watch and deserved a lot more than what they ended up with.

I was going to go straight after work but not keen to sit in the cold and rain in my suit for 5 hours. What a shame.

Current scores - Colombia 0 1 Portugal 2 3 , Senegal 0 1 2 Qatar 1.

Someone needs to tell Dewhurst it's pronounced Katar not Kitar.  Jesus wept.

So we're almost confirmed to go through? Unless Senegal score another 2?
