Great fun watching Mali vs Uruguay in Hamilton...Mali really started playing with some flair and skill and the croud was right into it, both the Uruguay and Mali fans, lots of chants and noise.  Uruguay 'won' the drawing of lots, so they will come second in the group...their reward, a game vs Brazil ?...a good one for Mali to lose I think

Absolutely. A good toss to lose. Mali to play either Ghana or Ukraine.

Though you never know, Korea DRP could pull off a win against Brazil and Hungary could beat Nigeria putting Brazil 2nd.  Unlikely but love the possibilities.

We were treated to some amazing free kicks at the stadium today! And good to see the Serbians having a party with their fans after the game was over !

Serbia have impressed me this tournament. Živković is quite talented.

Yes, I sort of expected them to do well in this tournament, but was slightly worried about the group. The other 3 teams are very good.

These Serbian U20s are nothing like the Serbian senior players who are a very lethargic looking bunch...

Mexico really unfortunate to have gotten such a tough group and dropped out. They are a decent side but paid the price for losing to Mali when they were the better side. Serbia so well organised defensively, completely shut up shop once they had the lead.

You know we belong together...

Nice of the Serbian and Uruguayan lads to clap their fans after the game. Serbia definitely deserves something from that game. Was quite impressed by their number 11

Andrija Zivkovic. Plays for Partizan Belgrade. Rumours about him moving to Benfica, Portugal. Already played for the Serbian senior side.

Well, the 'number 11' is playing really well for Partizan Belgrade. Decided to stay there for one more season. Scored a really good (but not 'amazing' :-)) goal against Steaua.  Partizan now with a real chance of playing in the Champions League and that would certainly increase the Zivkovic's value in the next transfer window.
