Fingers crossed Luck doesn't come out firing in the second half.

Tight game with the Seanucks for me. Got some big numbers out of Snead and hoping my TE gamble pays off.

Luck had a great game getting 35.5 points but thankful I take the win as Usos finish on 116.9 and I have 117.5 and still have Blount to play.

you know you don't stand a chance when your kicker is your top-scorer!

Looks like both of us will be hoping Cousins has a very good game.

Haha I need Cousins to throw minimum 2+ TDs to Reed to even come close to the Troopers - 36.2pts behind and MET still has the 49ers Mcdonald (TE) and Hyde (RB).  Hopefully Cousins gives me reason to LIKE THAT...!!

If I can get away with a W on a week Gronk is out injured and my bench QB scores 28 points I'll be happy but either way, I've already surpassed my expectation for the first game haha

I have Cousins in 3 teams this season, one of them he'd need to score about 40pts, in the other two ( should already have the results wrapped up.

Looks like I am going down in #YFDynasty though, David Johnson ripped me apart, need a Michael Floyd attack in this drive to get back into it.

I GET MY FIRST WIN!!! So was expecting to lose most games this season, so I'll take the W first up

so the final equation for tomorrow is:     Kirk Cousins + Jordan Reed vs Carlos Hyde + Vance McDonald + 31.2pts

Basically I need Hyde + Mcdonald to combine for less than 20pts giving MET a max total lead of 51.2pts.

Then Cousins needs to throw 4 TDs and produce around 300yds with Reed snaffling 2 TDs and approx 70yds

in 2015, Cousins threw 4 TDs & 300y 3 times/ 16 games

in 2015, Reed caught 2 TDs 4 times/ 14 games

in summary: this doesn't look good for the Seanucks...

First the big news:

RG3 (GAUL) is onto IR with a shoulder fracture, will have to miss 8 weeks minimum, but likely to be even longer, Josh McCown now presumed starter, with Cody Kessler as the back-up

What do you NEED from MNF?

I need 12.3pts from Chris Boswell (K,PIT) that's 4FGs & an PAT or similar...NOT LIKELY...And it is all due to Drew "Fudgeing" Brees

This game is over, in the end even a huge game from Andrew Luck wasn't enough to get The Usos back into this game, the Yakcalls were pretty solid across the board and have to be happy with getting 128pts this week.

The Troopers have a 31.2pt lead going into Monday Night, both teams have players to go here, though Seanucks are clearly behind given their current top scorer is their kicker...They need Kirk Cousins & Jordan Reed to combine for 31.2pts more than Carlos Hyde & Vance McDonald...that's going to be tough.

The Fairies overcame the big start of Swarlos, but in the end they couldn't get there and Spencer Ware took the game and ran with it. Fairies are now going to run up the score with DJax, DWilly & Torrey Smith about to take the field.

With Brandin Cooks & AJ. Green both scoring 31pts the Billikids have managed to take a small lead over the Calrissians, but on top of both teams having a defense to go, the Billikids also hve Antonio Brown, Todd Gurley & Big Ben.

Suspension FC were missing their suspended players, all of their starters were solid, but the Hammers starters were great, lead by the two RBs both passing 20pts. In the end the game is already over as Hammers have Tavon Austin to go, so bar 2 lost fumbles it is game over.

Other News

Keenan Allen (RMTC) is out for the season with a torn ACL, been placed onto IR by the Chargers

Devante Parker (AY) is questionable for Week 2, but his head coach is hopeful

Sammy Watkins (NUCK) is dealing with some soreness in his surgically repaired foot, keep an eye on this one as the injury he has is one that others have had to have a second surgery to get right.

Demaryius Thomas (GAUL) got good news from his MRI, got an extra day of rest on Monday, and will be back at practice Tuesday, is good to go.

Julius Thomas (RMTC) is dealing with a sprained ankle, did not get mentioned on in game injury report

Jamaal Charles (RMTC) is questionable for Week 2, Andy Reid is already unsure if he'll play, and with Spencer Ware performing this shouldn't be a surprise.

Thomas Rawls (LCAL) is ready to increase his workload, I'd be looking for him to slowly takeover the job through first few weeks.

Chris Ivory (RMTC) is dealing with an illness that has seen him hospitalised, status up in the air.

Russell Wilson (GAUL) has an ankle issue, questionable for Week 2, but Carroll has said he is looking good. My worry is that he looked worse after the injury on Sunday

Zach Ertz (USOS) is Week-to-Week with a rib injury

Chris Johnson (FA) played just 2 snaps in Week 1

Matt Forte (AY) played vast majority of snaps in Week 1, looks to be the starter for sure.

Waiver Wire Adds?

Quarterbacks

Have you seen who is out there?!?

Running Backs

Jalen Richard (OAK) - with a 75yd TD and 4 other touches for 20yds he is likely to get more play,

he still needs something huge to get a score like this again.

Travaris Cadet (NO) - Looks to be the current receiving back in New Orleans, but depends on what

happens when Spiller returns (if...)

Wide Receivers

Quincy Enunwa (NYJ) - He is the 3rd/4th WR for the Jets, but he also lines up as a TE sometimes

Got 7 catches for 54yds & a TD this weekend.

Cole Beasley (DAL) - With 12 targets, including 8 catches for 65yds is a great sign for a WR.

Tyrell Williams (SD) - With Allen out he is likely to get more play, had 2 catchs for 71yds

in week 1

Adam Thielen (MIN) - Looked like the #2 with Shaun Hill, got 4 catches for 54yds

Andre Johnson (TEN) - Was the 2nd most targetted WR in Titans game, only caught 3 for 30

Tight Ends

Jack Doyle (IND) - he got 3 catches in the redzone with 2 TDs this week.

Larry Donnell (NYG) - was a complete split end scenario in New York with Donnell & Tye

The Vance McDonald experiment hasn't paid off yet but luckily I've still won in a week where my TE has 0 points

Edit: ...and with that he scores a TD. Reverse curse of the commentator.

Latest News

This will be followed up by an update on the week, and the Top Players so far. (And maybe a preview depending on how my work goes today...)

Chris Ivory (RMTC) is still in hospital undergoing tests.

Jamaal Charles (RMTC) is likely to sit out Week 2 as well

Tyrell Williams (FA) is saying he'll be the guy to pick up Allen's workload

Zach Ertz (USOS) looks to be out extended time, injury has generally been 2-3 weeks, would see him out past the bye week.

Final Scores

And comments

Chris Boswell made his best attempt to get me home, but in the end Niall's Paul held on, mostly by the arm of Drew Brees, he also had a great game from my pick to be the #1 RB this season David Johnson. ARob, TY & Ebron all did a job as well, while my team was let down through Wilson not up to standard, Duke Johnson suffering due to bad Browns, Stewart held up by Broncos, Loved the Vikings Defense getting 2 Def TDs.

The Troopers absolutely smashed it this week as Willie Snead led the way for them, Carlos Hyde & Danny Woodhead both put up great numbers and were well supported by Baldwin & Andy Dalton. The Seanucks have to be disappointed by Kirk Cousins, Sammy Watykins & the Cards D. Has to be happy to see Diggs & Langford both look solid after the questions from all of us in the offseason.

The Billikids romped home in this one, with their 3 core WRs leading the way, Cooks (31.4), Green (31) & Brown (28.6), have to be a bit worried about their star RBs though as Gurley & Peterson combined for 7.8pts, and Zeke Elliot got just 50yds on 20 carries. The Calrissians have some things to be happy about with Carr getting 22, C.Sims, J.Nelson & Moncrief showing up, buyt the rest was a disappointment, Barnidge did nothing, and Robbie Gould is a Free Agent (He is not playing for CHI at all)

The Yakcalls will be delighted to pull this game out, no amazing performances here, but managed good games from Cam, Forte, Blount, Crowell, Maclin & Wallace. Usos will be disappointed with everyone except for Andrew Luck, who did the job of two players on his own. This also extends the Usos current losing streak to 6.

The Fairfield Fairies romped home with a HUGE monday night from DeAngelo Williams, they ran out to the highest score of the week and the 9th highest score on record for the league as well. Of all their players only Torrey Smith was a disappointment, while DWilly (32.1), S.Ware (29.4) & Fitz (24.1) did incredibly to lead the team home. Rodriguez need to worry about their Def & TE as both crapped the bed, their WRs were a bit disappointing, while Winston (25.5) & CJ.Anderson (27.9) were shining lights.

Hammers run off with the victory in this close game as they relied on their running backs, both getting 2 TDs, Abdullah (20.5) & D.Murray (20.2), Lockett & Austin wiere both disappointing getting around 3pts. Suspension should look forward to their season as all their skill players did well with Rodgers (23.6) & J.Matthews (20.9) leading the way while everyone else did a job and not much more.

Not that I know of :(

But I can help out a little...

Right now:

8:00 = Midday (NZTime)

!:00 = 5am (NZT)

4:00 = 8am (NZT)

THat should cover the standard times...When we go onto Daylight Savings it goes to 6am, 9am, 1pm, and then when they come off Daylight Savings it goes to 7am, 10am, 2pm :D

Week 2 - Projections (And some TNF guff)

Projecting a win for the Boars here as they attempt to get their first win of season on the board.

No players from this game in the Jets vs Bills match-up tonight.

The Seanucks are the team looking to get off the mark here, they are projected a 13pt win

And they will be looking to get started early as they have Sammy Watkins & Eric Decker going tonight.

SWRL will be looking to take both teams to 1-1 with a projected 7pt win here.

And they will be hoping to go big with Brandon Marshall going off tonight a

The Battle to stay undefeated kicks off here, the Fairies are projected a 11pt win

The Yakcalls will hope to put up a lead that cannot be overcome with Forte, Clay & Bills D going tonight.

Suspension now face the Billikids while still missing a couple of big names, they'll be hoping to beat the 10pt loss projected

There won't be any action here until Sunday though.

These two teams will fight to stay undefeated, Nialls Paul will go into the weekend with a 13pt projected win

The Hammers have the Jets D playing tonight and will hope to hold off the charging Bills.

News & Notes

Rob Gronkowski (MET) could be out til Week 4/5 as he has not progressed as well as the trainers hoped.

Sammy Watkins (NUCK) wants to suit up tonight, but it sounds like the doctors may say no.

Also the below from Dak Prescott, he sounds like a really smart kid.

Cowboys rookie QB Dak Prescott said he is not going to force the ball to Dez Bryant.

Prescott said Bryant needs to be more involved, but he is not going to force throws just to get him targets. "I’m going to continue to run our offense," the rookie said. "If Dez is the read, Dez is the read." After Bryant saw just five targets -- a full seven fewer than Cole Beasley -- Week 1 against the Giants, the Cowboys need to get their star receiver more involved this week.
