A perennially underrated turd sandwich with cheese, who last season was 3rd in yards per touch, 6th in total yards per game, 7th in points per touch and 5th in points per game. Possibly the most consistent RB last season with the one of the highest floors. Ingram's worst FP score was 7.4pts, and the only top15 RB not to dip below 5.5pts.

You can keep AP and Charles, I'll be happily waiting with my handcuffs in Mckinnon and West for when their ACLs fall apart..again!

LOL the trade was Lev Bell for MET's 2017 1st round Draft Pick, Flacco is just in there because you can't trade for nothing.

Training Camp News Update

1) DeAndre Hopkins has not reported to camp, is holding out for a new contract, is final year of Rookie Deal (with 5th yr option team will probably take) pay is $1.4m this year, $7m next year with no new contract.

2) Anquan Boldin is straight into the 1st team with Lions, taking the slot from TJ. Jones, Marvin Jones & Golden Tate on the outside...

3) Ronnie Hillman admits he is behind the 8 Ball, and he is in a battle to be the final RB on the Broncos roster with Juwan Thompson.

4) Rodgers & Janis working on chemistry

5) Chris Moore is shining at Baltimore camp, Kamar Aiken leading team, with Moore on other side. (Wallace, Smith & Perriman still not practicing)

6) Brandon Marshall (Porsche) & Antonio Brown (Rolls Royce) have bet their cars on who will have the most yards this season. (Marshall put the offer out there)

7) More talks of Hot-hand at ARI RB position, Looking at last year Chris Johnson was a better Running Back, but David Johnson far superior as a Receiving Back. Question it will come down to is whether they are happy with DJ's poorer rushin, or that he will improve at that role. If not it could be CJ on most 1st & 2nd Downs.

1) Eric Rogers (SF, WR) - Free Agent - has been placed on IR with torn ACL

2) Jordan Matthews (PHI, WR) - DRUG - Suffered 'minor' knee injury, should be back at some point.

3) Tom Brady (NE, QB) - DRUG - Goes 25/25 with the 2nd team offense today.

4) Dion Lewis (NE, RB) - NP - Is on the PUP list, expected to start season there, could miss up to 6 games

5) Tyler Eifert (CIN, TE) - GAUL - Also still on PUP list, expected to miss a couple of weeks in season

I could give some in-depth on the way Vikings Camp is going if anyone wants, but can tell you it looks like the starting line-up will be...

Cardinals gave 1-year extensions to Carson Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald, tying QB to AZ through 2018 and WR through 2017, sources tell ESPN.

So sounds like they will be sticking around for 2017, though if they won it all I'd expect both to retire...

Did the same power rankings I did at the start of last season. It is basically starting lineup points projections. So it gives a good idea of how strong a teams starting lineup is but doesn't take depth into account, so things can change during bye weeks or through injury. But its a fun guideline anyway. 

good to see, I think Foster and Fitz finally sorting themselves out, helped improvement my standings. Happy I've pulled ahead of my other expansion counterpart..!

Shows Jono did a good job of the expansion draft that you guys ended up middle of the pack. 

The Herbert division is stacked. The top 4 ranked teams coming from that division. Should be an interesting season!

And Stevie Johnson (USOS) is now out for the season, placed on IR by the Chargers.

Ladarius Green is suffering headaches due to concussions he had in September...he didn't tell Steelers about it at the time of the signing...this would see him lose all guaranteed money, and he could possibly retire...

Sounds like he put weight back on after telling team he'd lose it, and they decided he wasn't interested anymore with Suspension, Attitude & Weight being a factor...has definitely been cut now...
