Thanks btw for extending the QB & RB fields far enough to include my starters on the list... haha , and Tyrell Williams doing me proud just sneaking into the top 30 WRs woop!

Don't worry Deeks - Dynasty is a long term game in which you'll have plenty of chances to turn things around.  Now take your beating this week like a good lad and we can all happily move on.

Definitely cheering for an upset in this one...

Haha a tough matchup that, certainly helps the cause with Big Ben out for 4-6weeks, should cap Brown's ceiling & the timely Cowboys (Elliot) bye-week assists too. I think at full strength I'd have been a 75pt underdog.

If both Diggs (who's back at practice) & Reed (final stages of the concussion protocol) return, I might only be starting 30pts behind!

Edit: McCoy - hamstring issue, brings Gillislee into the picture, Be afraid Billikids...very afraid...!

4-6 weeks for Ben - crap, last time I saw it was 1-2.

When they went in to do Surgery they found issues related to previous knee injury (2015?), fixing that meant a longer recovery

want Rodgers yet?

Yeah that changes things quite a bit - tough to ride out 6 weeks with Bortles giving out interceptions like xmas presents.

Eddie Lacy (USOS) has been placed on IR, he could return after 8 weeks, which would be Week 15. No word on whether the injury is worse than that or not.

All the weight he lost in the offseason is back...Ty Montgomery or Don Jackson are going to take this job I'd be guessing...

Yeah, saw Big Ben went down.  Haven't been able to follow the games much this week as I was in Melbourne for the weekend and drank about a third of my body weight in beer.  Started to feel like a human again about 10pm last night.  Can't rely on Bortles to do much, so I probably am in the market for a QB.

does a Carson Palmer float your boat??

Compared to the likes of Bortles and an injured Ben he does.  What would you want for him?

Sorry - on holiday at the moment so have not been online much lately. Need WRs so let me know what you are willing to give up

In trouble this week with four of my normal starters on a bye, could see me get my second lost against the Hammers.

Also lost my Kicker after being dropped by the Giants and being placed on the NFL Commissioner's Exempt List (also known as the Adrian Peterson law)

No matterwhat happens we have the 2nd highest loss of the league history as either Wilson gets another 5pts and Nialls Paul loses, or he doesn't and I lose, either way the score is higher than the previous 2nd highest loss, but will not pass the highest previous at 145.8 by NP this season.

Suspension FC players for sale.

Just traded Bell to Yakcall.

Have put Edelman, Fleener, Martin and West on the trading block, but am open to offers for anyone.

Thanks for that trade, think it actually could be the difference in me avoiding the L against Swarlos

my seasons are falling apart, 6-5 in this league, and 8-3 in my other one (when I was 8-0). think I am going to need to try a fake punt.

That broncos v chiefs game was crazy..!

And this week I go from famine to feast as my patchwork team of waiver-wirees' managed a 100 more points than last week with a 183.4pt haul and left a bountiful 116 points on my bench..!

how do the playoff brackets work? Do the division rankings mean anything or is it overall standings and best 4 teams records overall progress (also what is the tiebreaker?)

Permalink Permalink

Brackets is first v second in each division, Jono will change it to show this. So it will be me and you again this week (Can you please not have another blow out as well) and in Herbert division it will be NP v Billikids

Haha, I can't make any promises. Although will likely be starting the Saints RB tandem for the 3rd straight week, at some stage the wheels should fall off there..!

haha that's lucky, got 10 guys on my bench who are questionable !

Boo - was hoping the top 2 in each division would then be seeded per record (mainly so I could avoid NP).

Permalink Permalink

That's actually how I thought it worked too.

I thought it was Top 2 in each division play each other....hmmm didn't think about it past then, as division Championship game followed by "Superbowl"

Permalink Permalink

That's all good. Will have to hope for a couple more Gronk like injuries to NP's team (plus AJ Green to come back).

I do wonder if we should think about changing it going forward so that the top 2 in each Div then get ranked 1-4.  Otherwise the RNG at the start of the season to determine divisions becomes even more important.

This is part of the reason I wanted less RNG division & more Ranked Divisions, so previous season standings make new divisions:

eg Merrick Div = 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, 12th, Herbert Division = 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th, 10th, 11th...
