Team Weaknesses
Now I admit that some of these may look strange, but I have evaluated the teams based on their positioning against the rest of the teams in the league, so taking the starting QB for each team and evaluate them against each other using a combo of DLF Avg Draft Position, and the "value" from Dynasty Trade Calculator, so while this may show a weakness long term, short term this could be a strength (See first team listed)
Nialls Paul - Starting QB => With Drew Brees backed up by Matt Stafford, this team is behind the 8-ball in getting a starter for the future, this being their big weakness is more due to the strength of their team. This is the only position in a line-up where they have a below average player.
Suspension FC - Tight Ends => With Austin Hooper & Vance McDonald this team is weak at Tight End, if Hooper develops this could turn around fairly quickly, but if not this could turn into a black hole.
Rammtallica - Starting QB => Dak Prescott & Big Ben, this is again due to the fact of being a very strong team in general and neither of these guys being a top 5-6 Dynasty QB (Luck, Rodgers, Wilson, Newton, Carr), Thing here is that this team has a solid vet in Big Ben, and a great young prospect in Dak, cannot say that is weak, but Dak does only have one year on record (see: Robert Griffin), If Dak repeats this year then this concern is gone completely.
Gallia Boars - Flex Positions => After a starting line-up of Wilson, Miller, COleman, Evans, Julio, Cooper & Eifert this team starts to fall off quickly as Duke Johnson, Kenny Stills really don't stand up to the other players the league have starting at FLEX, is an easy fix with any number of TE/WR/RB options available, definitely something to work on though.
Seanucks - Running Backs => With Mark Ingram, Jerick McKinnon, and Mike Gillislee as the best three RBs in the squad there is a definite need to fix the position, something that the Nucks will need to work on, all of their RBs are below the league average for their position.
Calrissians - Back-up RBs => A solid starter in the position with LeSean McCoy, but behind that Thomas Rawls & Charles Sims have had terrible offseasons for their chances as great RBs come apart with Eddie Lacy signing in Seattle and Buccs being rumoured to take a back in the draft
Rodriguez - Tight Ends => The rest of the team isn't horrible, but their TEs are atrocious with Antonio Gates & Richard Rodgers being the worst rostered TEs in the entire league.
Yakcalls - Tight Ends => I had a tough decision here, Yakcall has issues at other positions as well with a lot of young depth, but not much in the way of starters, but their TEs stand out to me with Jack Doyle & Maxx Williams sitting back a bit from where they need to be, improvement needed.
Fairfield Fairies - Running Backs => With Spencer Ware & Chris Ivory as starters this is a position that needs work, back-up is Ryan Mathews who I believe is still without a job as well. The Fairies starting WRs are a bit weak as well, but they do have some Draft picks to work with here.
London Hammers - Starting QB => With Carson Wentz & Joe Flacco as options the situation is similar to Rammtallica at QB, but a slight downgrade, if Wentz develops this will become a strength, other issue for the team would be their slightly below average WRs, this was improved through the recent trade giving up Cooper that saw them get 3 solid starters instead of 1 great starter though.
Mos Eisley Troopers - Flex Positions => I was looking at QB as a weakness here, but it turns out Depth is a bigger issue, after the starters the flex positions here run into issues with Danny Woodhead or Tedd Ginn needing to fill the flex spot, both are well below average compared to the rest of the league for this role.
Now while these are weaknesses I still wouldn't suggest drafting anything but WR/RB in the 1st round of the rookie draft, TE class is pretty deep this year, BUT they take a while to develop so might be better to try and trade for a TE or QB this season than try to draft one.
