Good stuff. If I didn't work so much I'd be right into this.  If all the A-League players are more realistic looking/acting in FIFA 13 I'll purchase it on realease day rather than wait for the price to drop. I wonder if the admin guys would put this as a news item...

sure am! i’m the only guy on Phoenix + NZ men’s and women’s national teams so I have a lot of free reign, if you see something you don’t agree with in the ratings just give me a buzz and I’ll see what I can do. Can’t directly edit players with clubs on the game, e.g. Wood, Thomas and Reid though, got to send in requests for those which is shark

Kaludjerovic is really underrated. If you train Watson a couple months he becomes better which makes no sense at all. Should at least be 68

You can train any player in the game and they’ll improve within a few months (really flawed logic by FIFA), Watson’s rating is already abysmal as it is compared to the rest of the league which to me is pretty fair. I agree AK is underrated a bit, but 1) he’s been in the game before at a different club (his last rating was 59) so i’m able to only make gradual changes, and 2) my boss/all my workmates are Aussies who seem against the Nix and they don’t always approve of upgrades. I can change more things about players like Paracki (who’s completely new to FIFA) and Krishna (who’s been at the team for ages), for example. I think 66 would be fair for AK since 68 would make him one of the best strikers in the league

Apply there, if you’re one of the lucky ones you’ll become a reviewer. That means you won’t be able to directly edit, but you can request changes to stats and all that good shark for the club/s you select, if you choose the Nix then those requests will be given to me lol. If you’re pretty active giving lots of feedback, you can be promoted to editor (which i got) where you get free reign, it’s pretty rare since there’s only usually one per team (compared to 5-10 reviewers) but if you have good knowledge on more than one team (which i dont at all) you’re more likely to get promoted ;)

I only got given the national men’s and women’s teams since i was the only Kiwi editor in a sea of Aussies. I can take requests for them too, but Ican’t change ratings for players with a club in the game, e.g. Thomas, Reid, Colvey, Smith - I can only request them

I've been made a reviewer but can't seem to figure out how to properly request changes so I may as well do it here: Vidosic's heading acc. and jumping need to be increased considerably, Kaludjerovic's heading acc should be a bit more and overall rating needs to be at least 66/67. I also think Watson's strength needs to be a touch higher and Doyle's crossing improved slightly. Obviously this is only my opinion though and its up to you, these are just my ideas :)

Cheers man! To make a request, just click on the team you're assigned, then click on the player you want to request. There'll be a big black and red button next to his picture where you can give feedback, it's probably easier for me that way since it won't be questioned as much by my coworkers :)

I'd love to increase AK, but unfortunately last time he was in the game was at Brisbane where he was 58 rated so as a result I can only increase him slowly. Should definitely be a 66 at least in a few weeks time. I'll get Dario and Watto done now

Did this for a few seasons and loved it, got to editor but my boss left and I lost favour with the team unfortunately. Got questioned on some legitimate changes and didn't seem to regain my feet. Haven't been on the forums in a while but might come back. Just got an email saying I've been demoted to level 1 haha

Editing is cool but only for teams you like, I got Nix, All Whites and WSW lol only watched some of their games so had to rely on reviewers, which they had heaps.

Hey mrsmiis, I've looking at the Nix stats and I think Italiano is kind of overrated. He's at the peak of his career and his doing bad and I'm sure when this season ends he will be back to an Australian state team. So instead of 59-62 IMO it should be 58-60, maybe 57-60 or 57-59. I mean, we have signed another keeper despite already having 3 in the books just to replace him. He's 26 and has the same potential as Parkhouse who is 24 so at least he should have his potential downgraded

Yep I completely understand that, i’ll look at a downgrade soon! Goalkeepers can have high growth in their late 20s though, like Italiano I think that Parkhouse will drop down into the state leagues so I reckon they should both have around 61 potential, or Parkhouse 1 point higher than Lewis. cheers!

Mrsmiis honestly mate good luck if you have to update the new All Whites squad on FIFA, theres a lot of guys you're gonna have to make from scratch (would serve to be pretty dope for starting a Nix career mode though tbf)

hahaha cheers mate - it's a real slog. Just got de Jong, Kirwan and Boxall 2 done so far, honestly just excited to have more Kiwis in the game.

Sadly i don't really know hoe de Jong plays so I've given him kinda random stats but the others should be sweet

Game gets updated every Friday around midday our time - unfortunately the changes are finalised early Thursday so those players won’t be added in until Friday next week sadly

He's got good feet, not great with his left, does everything pretty well - decent passer, knows where the goal is, doesn't dribble past players but makes space for the pass, has good by NZ standards work rate, is versatile and picks up yellows for tackles, decent with his head, not fast but not slow either

Thanks a ton man, that does help a lot! Now de Jong’s out of the way there’s only Kirwan who has no proper highlight vids at all, just judging him off what i’ve read (tall but weak/skinny, great stamina + interceptions, plays anywhere)
