Those differences in physique are probably even more apparent when kids or even at college, hence they get put into these positions and stay there.

Agreed. I think the author was trying to go further and further back to give his reasoning and ended up losing the plot.

Also notice that the Offensive Line positions are quite white dominated as well, those guys are bigger as well. Is no complaints about that though, is always pointed at the QBs :)

I just can't access that part of ESPN (or Facebook) via work. 

I only have a $30 basic cellphone (mainly due to the fact I get drunk and lose them quite a bit - on my 3rd for the year), so can't access via that either.

I have finally had one of my fringe players (Helu) get a decent chunk of points more than they were forecast for (getting 9.5 with 78 reception yards from RB) to kick off my week. Now if Doug Martin can actually get on the field I might lose my 0.

Yeah I put a claim in too.  But after picking up AP earlier in the week I didn't think there was much chance they would fall to me. 

Yeah Patriots look like poo, did anyone else watch them against the Vikings? Or the Dolphins? May have got one big game, but they were poo even in that game.

I suppose they haven't had the best of starts, but they look a safer bet then my current D/ST - the Chiefs with all their injuries.

I have made a massive call, picking up Mychal Rivera from the waiver wire, and putting him straight in the team ahead of Witten.  This decision is because Witten has been pants and because I am going to see Oakland vs Miami tonight and wanted at least one player in my team to be on the field.

Fulltime in the 1pm games

All the games remain close here, though the Troopers have put a slight lead on the Fairies...Think that Nialls Paul has got enough here to stay ahead as well.

I think it is already over for me... Nialls Paul had Stafford and Cobb who both had great games and my players have been average. I still have Brees and DeMarco Murray, but they would need outstanding games.

The match of the 3-0's has got tight all of a sudden with a huge game from Eddie Royal (FAIR). (MET) still have a 2 players up their sleeves vs the Kicker for (FAIR) but I need Steven Jackson and Donald Brown to do something QUICK to avoid too much of a deficit.

EDIT: so far, my 3 RB's have picked up 114 yards and no TDs between them. Morons.

Swarlos vs Waffles 

McCoy & Rainey failed here, but some alright efforts elsewhere has seen the two teams pretty close together Bridgewater got 20pts, Ryan got 19, now needing a combined 13pts from Charles + T.Williams to make the victory for Waffles, he should get there.

Tegal vs Billikids

A Huge game from Matt asiata has kept the Billikids in this one, Veeren, Edelman & pats D vs Cooks & Graham, this game is stupid to make a call on, both teams are even  and will come down to the final whistle.

Fairies vs Troopers

The Fairies have managed a 10 point lead with Ghost Kow still to go, really don't think that will be enough as the Troopers till have Colston and Gronk, have been wrong before though

Whale vs Paul

This game looks over, though a HUGE game from Brees & Murray would at least make it interesting. Paul still has Dez Bryant to go as well,. so that factor makes it likely done and dusted.

Hammers vs Usos

This game is also over and done with, needing 30pts from your kicker is asking for a miracle...

And after just 1 drive I am just 1 point behind :D

I really need the Fairies to lose so I can sneak into the Wildcard battle :P

I should have walked this game with what players i still had to come but they've all been awful. Got to hope Colston gets more than the 4.5 he's on and Gronk has a top game to offset any score the Fairies Kicker gets. Tight like a tiger.

Its funny is Brees had a good game it could have been close as DeMarco is having a great game. But Cowboys is doing well and the Saints aren't means I won't get there

Was looking like I had a chance until Kapernick fucking threw across his body for Frank Gore (Frank Fucking Gore) to run 40 odd yards for a TD.  Cunts, the lot of them.  Falcons D got ruined, meaning for the second week in a row my D/ST scored -10 points.

My fucking projections had me at 129 points when I scored 85. How the fuck do they get it so wrong?  Cunts, the lot of them. I fucking hate this game*.

On a brighter note, I went to Raiders vs Dolphins at Wembley last night, which was amazing. It was a blowout to the Dolphins (cunts, the lot of them) but atmosphere was brilliant and it was great to finally see a game that wasn't being played at the park next to Raroa School live.

* Not really, I love it despite my absolute uselessness at it.
