FM08 well and truly has the Phoenix. Demo should be
downloadable late this month.
what are the chances of pro-evo including a-league teams?
Probably quite unlikely.

Pro Evo 7 will have plenty of teams, + if it bothers you that much you can simply download a small patch to update everything, easy.

you can manage Phoenix in leagues ... team could already be taken
but theres a few leagues that people have set up for the A-League ,
its not a downloadable game however
