However, one issue I've had even before the new site update is that when I go to post something and click on the "Link" tab, I'm unable to paste the link into the space that opens up. Nothing happens.
This is using Chrome on my laptop.
It may be related to me using a new laptop.
I never had this issue in the past.
Is there some adjustment I need to make in my laptop settings?

I have raised the issue that the notification that you have a new PM wasn't displaying for me.

I've received your PM, and can send one by clicking someone's profile. I still cannot send one by going to messages and starting a new conversation which you used to be able to do. Ie, if I wanted to send one to multiple people, I would go to messages then start conversation then put each username in the 'to' box. Going to messages - start conversation still gives this error:
