there was a post as I had asked if it could have been held Saturday Morning as i worked Sunday. Then they could've moved on with the Wrexham gig.

As I use neither, I caught a couple mentions on here that it was happening but no details posted that I saw. Not sure who the new Fever Elite are, so have no idea how active they are on here.

It was indirectly discussed in this thread, but I can see how people could easily miss that.
It’s not my place to speak for the organisers, but for what it’s worth, one of the things we talked about at the hui was the importance of using channels like this site to get information out because not everyone uses social media.
