Hi all,

Frustratingly it seems like Twitter has placed an IP block across basically all of Digital Ocean. I've shouted into the developer forum void, let's see what happens. 

Tried everything, reserved outbound IP, new datacenter, etc. etc.... nothing.

Doloras, NP gives good advice. Don't bite back, just ignore it, or that thread, and move on. I do that now myself, skip the crap I don't want to get involved in. Probably find, 99% of users do that to my own inputs or rants. The world keeps on moving Doloras, Just rise above it. You'll find that someone brings the thread back on track anyway.

The table comes via the Ultimate A-League API & they don't provide any ALW content (he just doesn't have the time to do both). Not sure there is any website that offers that same information which can be easily added.

 'Easily added' might be the problem. That aleagues.com.au doesn't seem to be one table. It appears to be two tables next to each other: (Pos, Club) in one table; (P W D L GF GA GD PTS LAST 5) in the other. Ugh.
Shrink the browser-width so that "Last 5" heading breaks to 2 lines and see the rows mis-align.

Scraping the data off of rendered web pages is possible, yes, but it will break anytime the other site changes the way they display the table. API's don't have this issue, because they're set up specifically for other people to access data without constantly breaking them. 

It's not worth any of us spending time developing a solution without an API to access the table data. If it's a bad look that we have the men's table and not the women's, the solution in my opinion would be to remove the men's table. 

The existence of the table on the home page is just a side effect of the old FeverBot, back when there was more regular discussion on the forums about the league table. FeverBot needed a way to display the table, which we could just pop on the homepage too. There's plenty of other places on the internet to view up-to-date and live table data so I don't think it's an issue removing it.
