Only 1 of the Australia's 11 goals have come in the first half. 6 have come after the 80 min mark

11 of Australia's goals have come in the first 90min of each match!

Australia might not even have to win the last game as Oman is away to Jordan in the last game, and may well be more concerned in protecting the third spot which would send them into a 5th placed playoff. So yeah, probably all done and dusted for Oz.

That may be true, but I doubt Oz will take the Iraq game lightly.

I beg to differ. It was a very well thought out post designed to encourage healthy debate

RBB members 'banned' from taking any active roles in Terrace Australis because it is sanctioned by the FFA ....

Coming from the group who were set up by the FFA and whose club is funded by the FFA? I didn't think I could like the RBB any less, I was wrong.

West Sydney Football @WestSydney

@NedNegus To avoid a conflict of interest with the FFA. Individuals are free to support with TA, but cannot take leadership roles in both.

@carlymelissa_x Being involved with both could lead to situations where they cannot give full support to one group.

@carlymelissa_x For example, the FFA threatening someone with removal from TA if they don't co-operate with Hatamoto to spy inside RBB.

This whole organised fan thing can go too far. I was at a Sydney FC game during the season and the synchronised chanting thing between sections of the crowd just makes my skin crawl. There is something definitely 1984 about it.

SBS is a delayed broadcast by 1 hr, it is just the pre-game show that is longer on SBS (1hr) than Foxtel (30 min).

I had perfect SBS reception at my house in Christchurch until it was munted in Feb 2011 quake. Been renting for the past 2 years in places I could not put the dish up, but will do so now in my current rental. Overall cost was about $500 back in 2005 (I installed it for the WS 2006 qualifiers). The satellite is approx same place as the Sky TV satellite, but different setting. Dish slightly bigger than Sky dish (one size up). Standard aerial coax cable going into a digital satellite receiver. Not the basic model but one with a smart card, to allow the receiver retune itself every time the SBS satellite adjusts its position. End of story.
