as per some of the post on the "yellow fever gk union" i have aranged and am inviting anyone to come up to kaiwharawhara park (karori's training ground)starting on tuesday 17th June. we will then run this every tuesday from then.

I know this is a day when alot of clubs train but it is the night that we can get a ground just for us. I am also willing to bet that you will get more out of this than you would a team training session.

we can work on wat we need to togther. remember any gk welcome

anyone who is in then please post your name on here.

we will aim to meet at 6 and start by 6.15pm

That ground is already in use by two/three teams on Tuesday evenings. There is usually 15-20 guys training from about 6pm till 8pm most weeks.

It's a good idea though.  I feel sorry for keepers at most clubs who don't get much in the way of specific training.

Actually I just feel sorry for keepers generally...

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

If we can find a park available, I am well keen for it.

I personally make sure that each training session we spend about 30mins on me specific training, and theres always the team shooting/corner drills that help!
