Yes. Players can register with a max of 3 clubs in 1 season & during that period is only eligible to play official matches for 2 clubs.
The exception is when a players moves between 2 clubs in different associations with overlapping seasons (ie: start of the season in summer/autumn as opposed to winter/spring) then they may be eligible to play for a 3rd club subject to meeting contractual obligations etc..
