Adams full game and the assist for Louisville's 2nd goal in a 4-2 win.
24 yr old Zac Duncan (ex Roar & Perth) 53 mins for Memphis. Bit of a career fall away for him after being in the Danish Superliga for a few seasons, plus the Olyroos.

Bidois with two very decent chances to nab a goal late on too.

Struck one against the underside of the crossbar, and moments later as the ball comes back into the box, he flashed a diving header just wide of the left hand post. He looked good up top in a 4-4-2 formation as Loudoun chased the game. Hopefully gets some more minutes as the the regular season draws to a close.

A rare James Musa goal the difference as Indy win 1-0.
Moose on at 72 mins, and Bidois on for Loudoun at 85 mins, just after the Musa goal.

Clever little reaction touch.

Big win for Indy, taking them up to 4th, 8 points clear of 9th. They now look safe for the playoffs. Loudoun remain 8th (last playoff spot)

Full game Linder (he played left CB) as Caps II lose 3-2.
Bovalina came on at HT.

So presumably that's season over for Linder and his team mates.

He played 23 MLS Next Pro games with 22 starts. I think he's mostly a RB??
Age 20, and this was his 3rd year at this level.
Same age as Jay Herdman who also had his 3rd season this year at Caps II.

Linder one to keep an eye on. Joined the senior Whitecaps MLS squad for a friendly against Wrexham, and the League Cup tourney involving Liga MX & MLS clubs.

Do Vancouver give him another season, loan him to CPL club like they did with Herdman, or release him. I guess we find out in 2025.

Understated assist from Bidois on that goal.

Let's the ball come across his body, and then looks for the pass rather than attempting to blast it into the net. Nice play to make it 1-1.

Bidois then missing a 1 v 1 moments later and Charleston go up the other end and score. Could be fatal to Loudoun's desperate playoff push that...

Otherwise, commentators have been saying he was one of the best on the pitch for Loudoun this game. So encouraging signs on that front given he's on a multi year deal.

Bidois 73 mins (2-1) as Loudoun lose 2-1 at Charleston Battery (2nd).
Loudoun won't be in the playoffs. Bidois 21 USL games, 10 starts, 2 goals. Season interrupted by that hammy injury he got training with the Olywhites in France.

But otherwise he'll likely be happy with how his first gig has gone. Gutted he missed the Olympics no doubt.

Back to NZ and catching some Auckland FC games with little brother Jonty.

Adams with 2 assists (playing as a LCB in a back 3/5) as Louisville City beat Phoenix 4-1. Louisville go into the IUSL playoffs as Eastern Conference winners and highest ranked seed. So home advantage all the way to the Final if they are good enough.

Collier a rare start and 68 mins (3-0) as Indy Eleven lose 3-0 at Tampa Bay Rowdies. No Musa.

Bugger Indy Eleven lose 2-3 and their season is over. Full game Musa. Collier on at 75 mins (1-3). Shame as it looks like they would have got to face Adams's Louisville City in conference semis if they had won.

Injury plagued 32 yr old Musa only managed 8 games (7 starts) for Indy with the 1 goal. He also got 3 games at the very start of 2024 with Colorado Springs before moving across to Indiana. It was his 10th season playing USL/MLS.

29 yr old Collier had 31 games for IE, but only a paltry 3 starts. 28 matches coming off the pine, and 5 goals with that. His 7th season in the USL/MLS.

Sort of guys alongside likes of Oli Whyte that could help flesh out a 3rd NZ ALM team if that ever happened, and they wanted to try the A League.

Anyway Elliott and the Moose can now grab some popcorn and watch the theatre of this Wednesday (our time) in the world's 'greatest democracy'
