No Alex Greive for San Antonio. Seems ages since he kicked a football. Bad injury?

Full game & a goal captain Adams. At about 5.30 mins in the video. Header from a fk.

San Antonio win 2-0. Still no Greive, but he may not be far off being fit

Yesterday
San Antonio FC says Nicky Hernandez is OUT tomorrow afternoon against Lexington with a lower body injury.
Alex Greive, Lucio Berron, and Diogo Pacheco are QUESTIONABLE with lower body injuries.

As in any season, the first match's excitement is dampened by the first injury report...Nicky Hernandez was already out in preseason and Lucio Berron has missed a few matches now, but
Alex Greive featured prominently, even starting four preseason matches. #SAvPHX #Defend210

Not sure the scorer was onside, but a lovely weighted pass from Raimbault.
He has 1 goal and 2 assists in 5 league games. His team Carolina Core look pretty shit though, bottom of their division.

Putt possibly with an outside shot to stay on in California for the next couple of days with the first team playing Sacramento Republic in the US Open Cup on Wednesday. MLS clubs routinely opt to heavily rotate their squads in that competition, so he's a chance.

Been a good opening 45 from him today too. The commentator has been highlighting his ability to get into threatening positions in the final ⅓ and his general willingness to take on his opponent.

He did find himself through on goal straight up the middle of the park on one occasion too, only for the ref to blow the whistle a little too early for a foul on the lad who played the ball in, when playing advantage might have been the better call...

No Troy Putt for Minny II.
He might be training with the first team squad who have a midweek MLS match at Dallas. MLS schedules pretty congested this year, as they try to cram in games before the World Cup. Lots of midweek fixtures.

Raimbault starting for Carolina Core who trail 2-0, late first half.

Raimbault picks up another assist in a 2-2 draw.  Bit generous to call this one an assist.
Carolina Core lose the pen shootout (6-5) that follows. Riambault not required from the spot.

MLS Pro is effectively only a youth league, but Raimbault has 3 assists and 1 goal in 6 matches.

One to keep an eye on. He'd be the perfect sort of guy to be part of a Nix OFC Pro League team in 2027 if one happens, carrot of a potential ALM deal.

No confirmed signing as yet, but Brendan Schneider looks to be trialling with the USL Championship side Tampa Bay Rowdies.

Spent last season at Zurrieq FC in Malta (mostly turning out for U21 side) and prior to that was at Island Bay United in the Central League.

Don't know much about him tbh. Some sites have him as Kiwi, and others list him as German. So I'm guessing he's somewhere in between, or he possibly holds dual nationality?

Unfortunately not. He was on the books at Tampa until the end of the last USL season, but from memory they named a permanent coach about midway through the 2025 USL season.

Last time I talked to him he was finishing up stateside and was moving up to Canada. No details on what he had lined up next though sorry.
